This was my family and I second time staying at Tru by Hilton which was a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and had great customer service. The room was clean and I love the welcome message on the television when you walk into the room. I will definitely stay again and will recommend it to others.

We stopped at Tru on our way to West Virginia. It was a great hotel. Everything was clean and very kid friendly.

The only suggestion I have is to have an easier way to dispense the hand soap and shower soaps. With arthritis in my hands it’s next to impossible to squeeze those bottles. I love the idea of dispensers to save the small bottles but make them with a pump instead of squeeze.

The front desk team members I interacted with during my stay were great. Check in process was super easy, the staff member listened to my noise concerns and helped me find the quietest room, and checked in to make sure I had everything needed for my stay, couldn't ask for better customer service. Hotel was clean, parking was easy, and grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, were either a short walk or short drive away. For the price, awesome interactions with staff, cleanliness, and overall comfort of room and lobby, a superb experience overall. Would definitely choose to stay again.

I think I found my new favorite hotel brand. The room was great. Beds were super comfortable. Staff was smiling and extremely helpful. The boards by the elevator were great for local recommendations - def check out El Chico! The only downside was the pool area was too humid for my liking, but my kids loved it.

For it to be a Hilton and $150 plus a night I for sure expected much more. It truly was nothing more than a remodeled regular motel. The breakfast wasn't that great of a Time being the pancake marker wasn't working, all of the things that were supposed to be served or not available. The beds or literally the worst beds I've ever slept on in my life, I would have been better off making a pallet on the floor they were that hard. The indoor pool that they advertised was very small and again just not what I expected. Just another prime example of jacking up prices just to put a name on it. I truly remember when the Hilton used to be the best place to stay. Was really trying to do something special for my girls for graduation, it just didn't feel that special.

Property was nice, but the walls are very thin! I didn’t sleep at all. Front desk service was very friendly, but when I complained about my air not working and the noise issue nothing was done to accommodate me.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and courteous. Our rooms were clean and anything we needed was taken care of in a timely manner. We have never stayed at this hotel but it will be our top choice going forward.
