Very clean and very friendly staff! The breakfast was ok but the eggs were cold and cheese not melted! But overall good stay!

Someone did try to break in my car. I received an alert on my phone. So do not leave an valuables in your car and lock your doors

Nice hotel! The sheets and towels had some old stains on them, but it didn’t bother me.

Booked a room here again as we stayed here on our way out to the midwest and didnt have anything booked on the way back due to not having a firm return date. We liked it so much that we booked it again

Arrived after long drive from Iowa. Convenient location near destination. Front desk staff were pleasant large selection of breakfast. Quite and comfortable room.

This Holiday Inn was very well kept. I usually don't enjoy a Continental breakfast but the food was fresh and they had a nice selection of breakfast choices.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and updated. Continental breakfast had a lot of selection. We had a very nice stay!

This HI is clean, attractive, and well placed for getting to shopping, restaurants and attractions. We felt safe there.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Most food had run out and only one person seemed to be working in that area. In our room, the shower rod was broken on both sides and had scrapped up the wall. Good but nothing spectacular.

Really liked this hotel, room was very clean, the breakfast was awesome. The eggs and bacon was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The employee was kind and came and wiped off the desk and table that wasn't clean in the room. The coffee/hot water in the dining area wasn't full throughout the day, and the heater was loud. It was still a decent stay since breakfast was good, and it's near restaurants and other hotels.

One of the best we’ve stayed in quite a while. Severely amenities offered that we were grateful for. Fantastic breakfast with an abundance of options offered. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Decently equipped gym. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend and wish all hotels were as nice for the price.

The people above us were up stomping around ALL night. I called the front desk twice to let them know but it still continued literally all night. When I went to talk to the front desk this morning, the guy working told me I should have kept calling them to tell them. I told him I already called twice but was exhausted and trying to sleep in between the noise when I could. They should have monitored the issue rather than me having to be more inconvenienced than I already was. After a day at the zoo, we had a 4 hour drive home on no sleep so that was fun. Will never go there again and will tell everyone I know about my experience.

There wasn’t enough lighting in room,especially in coffee and fridge area. Needs to be brighter. Closet needs lighting too. Bathroom sink water never got warm even after letting it run. Could use a hook on back of bath door to hang a robe or towel. Workout room ran out of wipes so we couldn’t wipe off equipment. Microwave in dining area was very dirty inside and countertop. The tables weren’t wiped off when looking for a table. Pancake machine is nice and they were very good. Sausages needed to be cooked a bit more. The room was very clean and comfortable and we liked the window shades instead of bulky drapes. It would be nice to have laundry bags available in rooms. At the o Back exit along highway side, the concrete blends in with parking area and is easily missed that it drops odd. I did that and am recovering from a knee replacement and could’ve landed on my knee which could’ve been a bad situation. It needs a reflective paint so a person realizes it steps down. I told desk person about it but am not sure he understood my concern.

Everything was great except the bed , it was uncomfortable.

The staff was wonderful, Rachel accommodated us the best she could with a smile!
