The cottage was lovely and cozy. Technically, within walking distance to the beach, but if you want to take stuff with you, you’d want to drive. It is a little rundown, but very clean. They rent golf carts on site. We didn’t take advantage of that, but will keep it in mind. My only complaint is the bed, and I realize that is subjective. The mattress was VERY soft and after two nights of sleeping (or tossing and turning) on it, I had back discomfort for a week. Despite that mattress, we loved the location and feel of the cottage. We might even stay there again!

Quaint little cottage style rooms. The showerhead dripped constantly, didnt bother us at all but just wanted to mention it in case it needs to be repaired. I would stay again!

The stay was amazing staff was friendly, the suite was nice bigger than we thought it would be. The loft was beautiful both were equipped with a full kitchen dishes coffee maker toaster and pots pans and silverware. Lots of towels and pool was amazing one was heated.plenty of parking. Overall well be booking with this embellishment in our future vacation trips.

Nice, clean, and convenient for our one-night stay. Was disappointed in the additional $22 cleaning fee that was added to our bill upon check in, along with a reminder to take out our own trash upon checkout. It seems like that would be included in that fee.

What I absolutely loved was one pool was kept at a cooler temperature. Coming off of the beach on 100 degree day was amazing to slip into some cool water. I also really liked having our own little patio just to sit and watch the world go by😎

The mattress, though, in cottage #3 needs to be replaced. Mattress caves in, like sleeping in a bowl making it uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep in.

Everything was amazing ,staff was awesome and friendly! Just 1 thing that would of been nice was like having the main stuff in the kitchen maybe salt and pepper packets for using if decided to cook eggs in the morning, but that was the only thing!

Great for families and larger groups wanting to party. There are 2 nice swimming pools but neither designated as "adults only" so both were typically overrun with loud children into the evenings which made it hard to enjoy the pools after 5pm. Staff was very friendly though.

The property itself was very nice, very close to beach with lots of restaurants and shopping. Only downside was the air conditioning wasn’t working well so we slept hot.

We didn't have wifi with the password provided. We were told someone would come out and check and no one came out. When we first got there the tpiket backed up and we were told someone would come out and check. No one came and instead we went to the office and they gave us a plunger.

We chose the Seashell Village for the sleeping options. We had a loft for the grandkids and a private room for us Grands. There was also a sleeper sofa if anyone else would have come with that provided more options. The kitchen was full size,two pools with the kid friendly depth good, pizza place across the street, and two blocks from the beach. We'll stay there again and definitely would recommend!

TV missing in living room, coffee left in pot, toe nail clippings around beds, candy on floor. Super busy restaurants, no one answering phones for delivery or pick up so bring food. Just dirty feeling all around, but great beds, pillows, blankets & great AC!!

This place was perfect! Clean cute and the friendliest employee trying to show us how to work the tv by googling it and it worked! I also loved that the beach was a short 3 block walk and there were food options near by.

The front office staff was very friendly, and the grounds were very cute and welcoming. It’s very close to shopping and restaurants, and within walking distance of the beach.
The room itself was lacking skillets in the kitchen. Both of the comforters had old blood stains on them, and the floor had not been vacuumed. We slept with only the sheets since it was late when we got in from the beach the one night we got to stay.
We had to leave after one night there because of the hurricane Beryl evacuation and missed out on the second night of our reservation.
I think if the bedding had been clean, this place is great for a little weekend getaway.

I was charged an extra cleaning fee and I never got my room cleaned. I had to go get clean towels and take out trash,etc.
On the website and conformation it said there was continental breakfast and there wasn't even coffee available for the guest.
