It was a nice hotel and comfortable room. The shower was the best feature. There was several baseball teams staying during our time which made for a busy and loud lobby but nothing too bad. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I was little disappointed that the Club Lounge put away their snacks early in the evening and had only chips and chocolate in the afternoon. It was walking distance to Kokusai Street which was very convenient. We would stay again.

Reasonably priced and nice hotel with a good location within walking distance of Kokusai Dori Street (although you have to walk up a hill). Not too far from the airport by taxi, although there’s unfortunately no shuttle bus. Nice pool but it was too warm in the summer and not very refreshing. Good with kids and you can borrow a stroller.

Property is in first class order, loved the pool and the breakfast was great with enough on display to satisfy anyone.
A special word to the staff who are extremely polite and everything was no trouble for them and were so easy going and approachable

Very friendly and helpful staff . We checked in to find our room was too small. We requested upgrade. The staff was able to quickly upgrade our room with just minimal charges . The hotel even provided skincare products. The breakfast was ok.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Staff was greeting us and giving us VIP access benefit which is very impressive. The room is nice , big and clean. The service of the hotel is the best part . Breakfast is nice , various choice. Top choice for staying in Okinawa!

One of the best hotels to stay in at Okinawa. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean. The hotel is beautiful and there are many things to do within the hotel. I really enjoyed their buffet breakfast and fitness centre, an overall great experience and the staff is very friendly.

5 minute walk from bus station. Staff helpful ringing for taxi when needed. Not much around re shopping etc. Reception area clean and modern but the bathroom was dirty in places. This was blamed on the fact we were in the old part which needed updating but unclean is different from old and dated! Staff lovely and helpful throughout. Breakfast well worth having but didn't allow for a much needed lie in in the morning.
