Friendly staff and clean rooms

It’s a cheap hotel. They advertise that they are this premium hotel. But they are not, the rooms are small and run down. Don’t believe the pictures

Great hotel other than young lady had checking was quite rude.

We got rooms with tiny sinks. Every time we washed our hands the water was pouring outside the sink, which made it very uncomfortable. We got our feet and clothes wet. The carpet was very dirty. They use a chemical to make the room smell clean but it wasn’t clean. Inside the room it has a step which makes it dangerous. My dad almost fell because of it. He hurt his hand. When you take a shower it’s very hard because the water turns from hot to cold very quickly and it’s impossible to maintain one temperature. When we checked out, we went to see other rooms to compare and see if the rooms were the same, but the other rooms were better and we realized that maybe they gave us the worst rooms, probably because we made the reservation through an app with a better rate that doing it directly with the hotel. The pictures they show in their website are bright and colorful, completely different than how the rooms really look like. The rooms didn’t have microwave or a fridge, only the basics. We will never come back to this old hotel. Never.

The hotel felt safe the staff was extraordinary each one of them helpful right down to maintenance it was super clean for sure good walking distance from places the cons no elevator not enough electrical outlets small rooms the bathroom window is to the hallways cold water didnt work in shower the in house restaurant needs better selection but good not average but overall if those are not the bother the pros outweight the cons just because of the location and the staff I would stay there again

Staff was nice, building is old but very clean; surrounding area seemed a bit unsafe, definitely not a touristy area. Conveniently close to the artisan market, but not a lot of places to eat. Our 3 bed Room was very big but the bathroom smelled like sewer.

The room was nothing there I see on the picture I was so disappointed

Great place the stuff is very kind.

This property is much older than it looks like in the pictures. My window did not close with a lock. I felt that someone could climb into my room day or not off the front hotel awning. The door to the room shut with a bedroom door know lock and a $5 dinky bolt used toock food cub boards. I felt unsafe.

The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and places where to go.

The restaurant wasn't good but over all for the price our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and the place is nice.

Low key and quiet.

I was happy to have found and stayed at this place. It is very clean and comfortable and only at a walking distance from all the buzzling in Tonala. I will definetly will return and tell my freinds and family about it.

The property is rundown some improvements would be very beneficial. There used to be air conditioning and now there are only ceiling fans which are deal breakers for me.

The hotel was very old there was too much noise there is a freeway next to it and there is no AC and Elevator at the promise .in one word it suck .

Hotel is too old, is not what we expected, rooms are dirty, towels smells bad, no elevator, mattress are too old, sheets are old, no Air conditioning, worst hotel we stayed at , we will never stay at this hotel again 😡😡😡

This place is fine, not fancy but OK. Rooms were clean, free parking. Nice location in the middle of Tonala' market area.
