For the price it’s good. But make sure you only get a room on 4th floor. Other floors look very similar to a Eastern block jail

Very down market. No working shower, filthy carpet

The location was great but the room was a horror show, it felt like it could be hired by the hour. Different liquid drippings on the walls, several plastering spots were bare, the bathroom light was not working, the door of the vanity stood lonely abandoned on the side and above the bath was a secret passageway for gremlins. Apart from that, karaoke that is normally on Thusdays, but fortunately we had a double whammy, karaoke on Friday inside, with a DJ in the garden. Although we were warned for some noise pollution, this superseded our expectation and musical acceptance.

The atmosphere was one of a kind.

Convenient location. Good food and drink option. Basic room and amenities. Cpuld use a re-vamp however for cost room can't complain.

Wonderful slice of rustic Albury situated directly above Albury Beer Garden -- not necessarily for everyone as the gardens close at 1am. Clean room, spotless linen and lovely staff. Definitely coming back here!

I already did!! Dust, dirt, uncleaned showers, frudge, tv, walls, broken windows, A/C sealed around with dict tape, no ceiling in wardrobe, no tv remote, food got raided by ants, light shades dusty and greasy NOISE not impressed... its a night club!! Want photis.. I took them!

The building is old & in need of refurbishment. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The meals were delicious and large & served quickly

As stated by Beer Deluxe it is very very basic. Only I cup and no milk. While showering hot water ran out and water didn’t drain freely from bath tub. On the 3rd floor and lift not working. Not allowed to open windows. Traffic noise was very loud. Long walk from car park to accommodation. A very tired old lady that needs a total revamp upstairs. Would not stay again

I knew what to expect before keeping this booking, so the room was good and overall it was interesting. A really cool old building which has sadly had its glory days

The lift was not working. The loud music all night. I understand that it would have be noisy but not as bad as it was.

Safe and convenient place

Was unable to contact prior to getting there about late check in, staff member said we had a 2pm check out and we were kicked out at 12pm , room needs an overhaul and the bed was hard

Inner city location so for the low price, one must keep expectations low. It didnt appear that any maintenance or upgrade has been done since it was built and is quite frankly one of the worst I have seen (and I have seen hundreds in my time). Im guessing the check-in lady was a bit grumpy maybe because she loathes checking in guests knowing the accomodation isnt great. But hey, im grateful for the experience!

It was an $80 room in an old hotel. You get what you pay for. Good for a place to crash on a night out. Staff are great. Beds were pretty comfortable.

I couldn’t use the shower because missing the handle for hot water I had have cold shower and not enough parking for the guest twice I had to park on the street but inside bar and outside is fantastic

As they state this is budget accommodation at budget prices so great for commercial travellers. Beds are comfortable,sheets and towels are crisp and clean. Room has AC,a balcony,TV,fridge plus tea and coffee making facilities. Ensuite. Seperate entrance once checked in. Bistro on site

The shower had no hot water at all

Stayed in room 309, was surprised by cold water dripping on my head from above in bath room while drying myself off after showering in morning. Water leaking from bath room above on 4th floor. Also no plug available or tap handles on bath, why?

The room was exactly what we paid for.The staff were fantastic, and the room was perfect for a home base on a budget. 10/10 would book again.Staff in particular were understanding when we had to leave a day early due to bad weather, and they offered us a refund straight away. I'd rather you guys have the money for the last night as a tip. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were really rough. My room had a wet stain that looked like half cleaned up vomit, some trash from previous guest, missing room number from the door, damaged door handle and much. Affordable.

Basic room with a very comfortable bed. Friendly staff and the hotel had everything you need. Great value and I will use again
