Sometimes in Europe you want to stay in a Modern Hotel. Hyperion Leipzig, Germany does it really well. We stayed 1 Night in a Comfort Room 2 Adults Feb 2024. The room was incredibly well-designed, generously stocked with quality amenities, complimentary items in mini bar. We were amazed with how progressive and very functional the room was, which helps when a room is on the smallish side. Buttons on each side of the bed for lighting and room temperature, heated floor in bathroom, really good shower. Comfortable bed, though slightly hard for us side sleepers. It was split though not a problem. Made sense in order to accommodate 2 single travelers. TV was great, but disappointing not to have any English entertainment channels or even possibility of subtitles in English since this felt like a very international hotel. Those traveling by train can walk directly across the street to the Main Station, though we heard not one bit of noise. It took us about 10 minutes to exit end return to the motorway, so not an inconvenience and easy to find with GPS. Parking with a decently-priced fee was next door and we could drive up to entrance to load/unload luggage. Very relaxing upscale bar, fantastic breakfast buffet including champagne, every staff member welcoming and eager to help. English spoken well here tho we are bilingual. Had we been able to relax after a very long day of driving with an entertainment channel in English or with English subtitles, we'd rate this 10 .

Very nice hotel convienently next to the train station. Really friendly staff, nice modern rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent.

I usually come to this hotel in the summer so that it is very lovely, the rooms are really nice in design and quality. Unfortunately this time around, it is early winter so the temperatures are low, we put the ac in the hotel room to heat on max (max is 24 degrees) and it was still blowing cold air. We went to the reception to ask them to please if they could sort it out in any way, they said that the central heating system is on their computer and they will put more heat in pour room..well I woke up 2 times during the night because it is freezing, my nose is clogged and I am getting sick because it is still blowing cold air and it is extremely cold . Very dissapointed and not at all ok. When my husband called this morning they said they are going to the cellar to check if AC has issues, but it has been an hour and still blowing cold air. Not sure if they are even trying at this point. To make a long story short, great stay for the summer, horrible stay for the winter.

Room was spacious and clean. Design is modern. Free access to lounge was great. Staff is helpful.

There were no slippers in the room but clean and confortable. Breakfast was the best. Thanks to helpful staff.

This hotel is brilliantly located, right next to the station and the main tram/bus interchange. I would definitely stay here again - my only reservation is that the room was small (I've previously stayed at the Westin, which has much more spacious rooms, a lot more wardrobe space and generally feels more luxurious) BUT when you've had a busy day/evening, the location of this hotel can't be beaten. And they have a nice bar area, too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, this hotel provides tea/coffee making facilities in the room (very useful), the bed is comfortable and the shower is good too.

Wonderfull, modern hotel, just 5 min walk to old town. Very nice, helpfull staff, great breaktast, nice designed rooms. Just one minus- poor wifi in room 😉

The reception staff and breakfast staff was so and so, a bit unfriendly and rude (2 people in particular so not everyone) however the room was amazing and I really loved the view as well.

This centrally located Hotel immediately adjacent to the Railway Station was the ideal choice for a weekend break. A superb Breakfast was available with many wide and various choices, ideal to start the day off. The Comfort Room we had, whilst slightly smaller than a typical Hotel Bedroom was adequate for our purposes. Every member of staff we interacted with were totally professional in the way they carried out their individual roles. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Right next to station easy access to square. Bar was les expensive than some of the bars although if its busy it is very slow at serving. Great room couldnt get aircon to work though Price on Gotels.com was brilliant some peopme had paid 3x as much

A few dozen footsteps from the main train station, you can't beat this for convenience. Triple glazing also means the trains don't keep you awake at night. A sound choice

This hotel is still pretty new and has the modern looks and well-appointed stylish room design to proof it. Things that make it stand out from the nearby competition were: Coffee maker in room, toilet separated from bathroom by a door, fast free internet access. The location is perfect for rail travelers, the hotel front door is less than 100 steps from the "Saxony Entrance" of the Hauptbahnhof station. Unfortunately, the prime location and design are not matched by a corresponding level of operations. Checkin was the first negative impression. After no less than five emails nagging me to do online checkin (to reduce interactions for Covid-19 reasons), the keycard pickup kiosk didn't actually dispense a keycard and I had to do regular checkin with all the usual forms and passport showing anyway. Staff didn't program the keycard correctly on first attempt so I had to go back to the front desk for a second attempt. Connecting to the free internet was the next challenge as there were neither instructions in the room nor an obviously named hotel Wifi network. Turns out, "Telekom" is the correct network. Next, why not take a hot shower under the luxurious rain shower head? Sadly, it made such a loud noise that I switched back to regular shower mode (reported this at checkout, might be fixed now!) Finally found the AC controls in the bed's backrest which is a neat idea, but they didn't work leaving the room uncomfortably warm even with the window open.

Was a very nice hotel - very nice staff. Very helpful - Bar food excellent and nice breakfast. Great omlette chef. The executive lounge is a nice service if you’re at work as I was for the week. Great location next to the super railway station with its mall Nothing negative to say.
