The hotel is super nice and clean in general. The front desk was wonderful and very informative.

Front desk and housekeeping were very friendly and professional. The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable. The area surrounding seemed safe. Drawbacks: We were told there was a bartender, but waited 15 minutes and no one showed. The fire alarm went off at 6:00 am for no reason. Parking is $8, bottled water is $3 in the room, no complimentary breakfast.

We waited 30 minutes in the lobby to be checked in. The room was great, very comfortable. Fire alarm went off at 7am, which startled us awake. False alarm.
We purchased breakfast on the app and the waitress had no idea how to deal with that and tried to have us pay $40 for breakfast. The final straw was an $8 parking fee for parking in an empty lot. I like this hotel but will not be coming back because of the parking fee.

Nice hotel, comfy beds, bathroom barn door actually locked unlike other hotels with those sliding doors. Hate those doors! This was a nice, quiet place to stay.

Definitely 5 stars for eco-friendliness. So much in fact, the lights and fans might go into standby while you’re in the shower :P Not kidding, wear a headlamp.
It’s obviously a new building that has some issues to work out. The fire alarm kept going off on the kitchen staff for no apparent reason; I could hear the staff trying to figure out what was going on.
The software ‘ding’ in the elevator is loud and annoying. Plus the buttons are incredibly difficult to press.
That all said, the staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable, when they successfully sense you’re there.

This is a modern, clean and spacious hotel with free parking and daily breakfast. Would highly recommend it for families, friends and business trips. The lobby wine bar is inviting and staff is friendly.

For a 4 star hotel I was quite disappointed. There was no coffee in the lobby at all, and a bar with no staff until 5 pm.
This wasn't the pampered stay I was hoping for. The pool was enjoyable and cold enough for a very hot day. Enjoyed it's proximity to the casino.

I have stayed in just about every Sonoma County hotel.
This place deserves a top notch. From the front desk to the back patio it’s high class. A bit more money than Motel 6 but way worth it. They take care of you. Their beds are great. Pillows extra great. And service is 5 star. And it is literally half a mile from the Graton Casino.

Came here for a quick stop to see my daughter, great room, beds were comfy, good size room, staff at front was just ok at greeting and bar area was nice but staff again was just ok. A little more friendly would have made my stay more enjoyable but over all I thought this place was nice. I would stay again.

This property has a gorgeous lobby and HUGE, beautiful, clean rooms. The staff is super kind as well. There is plenty of parking! The only odd thing is that it’s in an area cluster of other hotels and retail that is not shops or restaurants.

I stay at the Centro a half dozen times a month. Unfortunately my room had a lot of things that were broken and needed repair. Hopefully repairs are made as the Centro is usually a great place to stay.

Let me tell you this is the best place around Santa Rosa and I realized that from the moment Richard checked me in. GREAT service. Bartender was great food was great room immaculate. I race a horse here every year at this time and I guarantee you will see me next year. I was sorry I was only staying there for one night

This was our second time in six months staying overnight at this property while in Sonoma County for recreation. And this time, we discovered and tried out the restaurant, for breakfast. The food and the service were sooooooooo good that we're going to be breakfasting there every time we stay going forward!
