The fact that the receptionist wanted to wheel and deal about how much she was going to charge us to come into our room early she tried to charge us $50 to come into our room early but the sign said if we checked in early that we could negotiate a early price seems to me that just leaves the door open for discrimination because she treated a Mexican that was before me very respectfully and very friendly and then her complete attitude changed when she started helping me I am I am American Indian and Irish and I will never stay at this hotel again and would never recommend this hotel At best the Mexican female receptionist is a thief . And her boss obviously condones this behavior the sign was right on the counter very shady motel

Checked in got my room key went in room and it was dirty. Had to get another room. Not even in the room for an hour and the ac went out called front desk and was told to unplug through out the stay it didn’t keep room cool. Room service never came to clean , fix or change towels for new one. Went to front office to ask for more towels and she made me go up stairs to bring her the dirty towels to be given new ones. On line it says breakfast is served in morning but only had coffee. Overall stay was horrible!

I was checked in quickly, bit upon going to my assigned room, it was dirty and apparently, not customer ready. I returned to the office where the reply was “that’s weird” with no apology. Next room was clean, but very basic with limited ventilation. If you need clean sheets and hot water for a place to rest your head, it’s OK. I wouldn’t take a woman/wife there!

Rude lady at the front, I'm sure she manages it or owns it. I woke up itching and scratching my back and butt. I had bed bug bites all over the place. Couldn't stop itching. I called and let the rude lady know about the bites and she said she couldn't refund my money because it was third-party I booked the room from. Don't stay here unless you like being bitten by bed bugs.

Stopped here just for a quick overnight before heading off to the coast. Passable just barely. Rat traps all around the property. Sidewalks, stairs external walkways looked they hadn’t been cleaned since the Reagan administration. Front desk check in, we checked in late, was disinterested and barely awake. Room was smaller than some European hotels I’ve stayed at, bed was small. Room seemed clean but was very bare bones.

I didn't realize what a sketchy area it was until after I checked in. There were people around there that looked homeless and some guys across the parking lot that looked like they were scoping things out. I didn't feel safe as a single female. The girl at the counter was amazing, however!

I believe I got value for my dollar! It served its purpose as a place to put my head down at night. I didn't spend very much time at the facility other than to crash. There was ample area close to the motel to walk my dog also which was handy.

It was in ok shape for the price. The motel wasnt really that clean, but there was a microwave and refrigerator. The staff found me a iron when asked. It was tight, but they let us in early. Easy parking. I dont like the way Expedia kept changing prices on us. The staff was very nice.

In order to close the bathroom door someone had to push it hard from the outside. It was a non smoking room and smelled like cigarette, my daughter got Covid and the room was dirty .

The only thing is a $20 dollar pet deposit wasn’t mentioned on the website it just said pet friendly my dog is 1000 percent house broken, just would’ve been nice to budget for this ahead of time, heads up is necessary

The tv didn’t work, there were no wash rags to use, the coffee pot didn’t work, there was early morning banging noises in the walls & the manager said she couldn’t provide any amount of refund. So very disappointing!!!

The check-in was fine, but the first room we were given, the toilet did not flush. The second room that was given to us after that, the toilet leaked and made strange noises when you flushed.

Zero effort to be helpful. I asked for early check in. No. Can I check my bag? No. I didn't go back and stayed at another hotel that was mor accommodating.

On June 4, 2024, I used Expedia to book a hotel reservation at the Rodeway Inn at Rohnert Park, California for my travel dates of June 7, 2024 through June 9, 2024. I was charged $257.03. On June 7, 2024 at around 2 p.m., I checked in at the Rodeway Inn under my prepaid reservation with Expedia. The clerk at the front desk identified my prepaid reservation in the hotel’s computer system. Before Expedia sends a prepaid reservation to a hotel, it must first obtain the customer’s credit card approval. All hotels know or should know that if they have a traveler’s reservation from Expedia in their computer system, Expedia had already obtained credit card approval. About 15 minutes after I had checked in at Rodeway Inn, the front desk called me on their motel-room telephone and said something that I was not able to understand. I thought it might have been a mistaken telephone call so I hung up. About 15 minutes later, I got a second call on the motel-room telephone from the front desk and was told my credit card was declined. I told the front desk that my reservation was prepaid and that Expedia had obtained credit card approval. After this second call, I went down to the front desk to discuss this unusual problem and was told again that my credit card was declined. The staff at the front desk made this false and embarrassing statement in public in front of other people. I vehemently disputed that false allegation with the staff at the front desk and told them that I would provid

The room was very small. There were 2 dining table for chairs and a small desk area. The bed was very firm. There was a TV and small refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was very small but the shower was good. The room was clean but the furnishings were old and worn. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

This place was cheaper than other places, but I expected better. There was only lukewarm water Sunday morning, while I was getting ready, the pool was freezing, the room was clean and bed OK. There was limited parking, and two semi "permanent" cars right in front my room (they were covered with car covers and they didn't move the entire three days).

The rooms smelled l they were worn out all the furniture was ripped and torn broken down trailers in the parking lots terrible
