This was a last min stop on our way back to Australia. Set in perfect country side , clean and tidy. Extremely welcoming :)

Room was upgraded on arrival. Nothing as too much trouble. Beautiful room. Excellent breakfast. R ally close to Arundel and a short drive to Chichester. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Awful! I can't review the accommodation as we were not permitted to go in. Nobody was there to receive us when we arrived, so we waited outside. When the owner did appear, she told us off for not telling her exactly when we would arrive, even though she had told us to check in after 2.00 pm and we arrived at 3.00 pm. There was no welcome nor concern for guests who had journeyed on a cold winter's day. She was so hostile we left her to do whatever was more important than looking after guests. She even tried to keep our Fee, but Expedia sorted out the refund for us. A dreadful experience.

We stayed for 3 nights for a short half term break and we’re made to feel very welcome by Alison. We stayed in the room downstairs which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and facilities were great. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a long weekend (four days / three nights) exploring Arundel and the coastal towns around it. Could not have been happier with our choice! Very straightforward reception and move into the room, which we found to be very clean and spacious. Breakfast had cereal, fruit, as well as hot options up to full English, which was large enough for my wife and I to split and not be hungry! Hot and good water pressure in the shower, sealed bottle of milk in the mini-fridge. No complaints and would definitely stay again. About a 20 minute walk to the town center/high street if you (as we did) take the cut through and walk along the river bank rather than the straight shot along the road, nice way to begin and end the day.

Really lovely property, lovely spaceous room with comfortable seating and the fridge already stocked with milk, a joy for us tea drinkers. The breakfast was delicious, made with quality ingredients. Very close to Arundel with a variety of places to eat, but book in advance at this time.

Allison was an amazing host. She is warm and engaging. Her B&B is lovely and her cooking is excellent.

Landlady lovely, excellent breakfast. Loved kitten who accidentally went under bed and to get her out had to lift mattress and found a large amount of balls of dust. I was allergic to the down bedding and pillows. I mentioned this in the morning and I was told I could have had them changed, so I suffered unnecessarily. My fault for not saying.

Amazing hosts, this accommodation was first class. The photos do not do it justice, I had the ground floor room. Very pleased and will definitely come back to stay!
