No shampoo or body wash in shower. Sheets were so pilled up that they felt like sand. Had to sleep on top of the top sheet. Absolutely no shower pressure.

The breakfast was disappointing. There wasn't enough staff to make sure the coffee dispensers were full and the toaster was not working effectively.
The Manager was working to correct these deficiencies on a timely basis. That shouldn't have been his job. The man was run between the breakfast area and the desk.

Overall the stay was decent. But the water stopped working on our second day.

Was very surprised with 3 small children there was no tubs. Shower only. When they show the bathroom in pictures it is a mirror picture which dont show much. TV takes forever to connect to internet to watch shows only one tv and it is in front of the couch. Could have another one in front of one of the beds. The toilets could have flushed better. Other than those few little things it was an excellent stay with our grandchildren.

A one night getaway for the family before school started for the kids. The staff was very friendly to us and the dog! If we are in the area again we will definitely be back.

Another fantastic stay at Home2 Suites! My kids love going there and we always feel safe and comfortable. They always have a great free breakfast and this location had an indoor pool for the kids to play in after a long day of driving. 5/5!!

We chose to stay there after a very bad experience at another hotel. I had 3 kids with me who wanted to swim in the pool and unfortunately the pool was broken. This was due to a part needing fixed and it happen 1 day prior to us staying. That’s the only bad portion of the stay. Everything else was wonderful.

The day we stayed, hotel was booked and guests brought their pets! I’m highly allergic to dogs and told reception about this! Our room was fine since Terrence told me there hasn’t been pets in this room for 5 months. Thank you but the whole property smells and I felt the dander! I left with both eyes swollen and nasally congested! I learned my lesson to next time inquire about pets in the hotel!

I stayed at Home2Suites because I was attending the 50th anniversary of my graduation from college. On Thursday i attended an event on campus and received my graduation stole and a university poncho. Someone cleaned my room on Friday and removed those items. I had to re-purchase another stole. The hotel has promised to make an adjustment to my bill BUT I would have preferred not to be inconvenienced as I was. Other than this incident, the staff was friendly and the hotel was more than comfortable.

The blow dryer was missing from the room our first morning. Didn't have time to call for one and wait. One was brought to our room while we were out for following day. The coffee maker could not be used in room, was filled with what looked like black slim or mold. Was clean and bedding comfy.

All was good except the pool was closed and noone was working on the issue ( heater was broke) this was the main reason we were staying here with our 3 kids, very disappointing trying to explain this this to a special needs kiddo who couldn't understand... booked through expedia and couldn't get a refund otherwise would of gone somewhere else.

Our interactions with the staff, especially the gentleman who checked us in and worked the morning/afternoon was fantastic. Friendly, outgoing and extremely helpful. We would come back solely based on him!
