The hotel was clean and nice. We had a king room, but only one chair, so that was no fun that one had sit on the bed. The bed we had was not comfortable. You could feel the springs and moved side to side. The shower was good and good pressure. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The person at the desk when we checked in was not the friendliest, but the one in the morning was nice.

I had not stayed at a Tru hotel before, but was disappointed by a few things I thought were customary in a hotel room:
no drinking cups/glasses, no stopper in bathroom sink, no coffee maker, no bar soap.

I enjoyed my stay at Tru! My husband is a truck driver and had to pull over to call an ambulance. He had emergency surgery where his gallbladder was removed. My daughter and I fly into Texas, rented a car, and booked Tru. Unsure of his recovery we booked a few days at a time. The staff would help re-book so we could stay in the same room. What a great experience! The room plus plus plus and the hotel location was everything. We asked around about the restaurants and got some great referrals. Our daily breakfast was so good with hot homemade pancakes. The star was housekeeping, Ms. Mary understood the assignment. We only needed clean towels and toilet tissue. I would recommend 10 out of 10 book with Tru.

Never anyone at the front desk, no quarters for laundry, was told to go to Walmart for change, no housekeeping service after specifically requesting at front desk. We had to wait after arriving super tired because no one cleaned our room or provided towels etc… manager unavailable at all times we asked to speak to one to voice our concerns. Much better options, we know for next time to stay at Marriott per usual!!

First we were given a room that someone was already in when we attempted to go in had to go back to get another room 😕 an then the new room the pillow case had blood on it and the room wasn't clean the next day even though the cleaning person was outside our door when we left for the day.great hotel overall

It’s a nice property and it’s close to everything you could need. I stayed 4 nights. The fire alarm went off at 2:30 in the morning and everyone evacuated the building for about 30 minutes. It was a false alarm. The following day we lost power for 30 minutes. Other than that it was fine.

I really like this hotel. It is always clean and everything in the rooms works. No clog drains unlike other hotels I have been to in this area. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room however it is inconvenient to go downstairs to use the microwave

the mattress had stains all over it and was so uncomfortable and springy. Behind the head of the mattress on the platform was disgusting! (dead skin, dust, hair). They obviously don’t deep clean. The front desk both times at check in and out were not friendly at all. I feel like this is a cheap hotel made to look nice so it grabs your attention. I should’ve chose somewhere else so I don’t feel like $135 was wasted.

Booked a double queen for my husband, minor daughter and I. We get to the hotel to check in and they over sold on the double queens and gave us two separate rooms. We all three ended up sleeping in one bed. Not a comfortable night at all. Hotel said nothing they could do since I booked third party. Very disappointed.
