Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful

I travel quite a bit. In general, all staff need to be trained better. Very unfriendly, not willing to help, most memorable experience of offensive service or no service. It was well designed hotel but not maintained well. General facility looked tired already. Over priced breakfast but not great. Bad service at rooftop bar and breakfast. Definitely not recommend it or returning. I question Nobu chain all togegher

A very nice hotel with great facilities! Missing a couple of things in the bathroom such as an air freshener and hand towel hooks that would make life easier and a nicer experience but overall very good. Service was exceptional and a great gym too.

Very small pool area. Not enough sun beds. Catered towards external guests not those staying at the hotel!

I booked this thinking that it would be a luxury experience especially from Nobu. I did not like the hotel and the location and vacated after my 2 days of stay. It is expensive as well and not worth the price. It is a basic hotel with good beds and room amenities but I also look for the latest look in the hotels.

the property is great, it’s just in a very chaotic area. the hotel lobby is always crowded and loud, provides an anxious experience when entering and leaving.

Beautiful hotel, but since it’s right across from the train/bus station, it feels unsafe at times. But once you are inside of the hotel, you are on your safe little bubble.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nobu Hotel, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by both the bellman Justin/Justice and the receptionist Nichole from Canada. Justin/Justice was incredibly attentive, handling my luggage with care and ensuring that I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. His professionalism and friendly demeanor set the tone for a wonderful stay. Nichole was equally impressive, greeting me with a warm smile and efficiently handling my check-in. She provided all the necessary information with clarity and made sure I was comfortable with my room and amenities. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any inquiries truly enhanced my experience. The staff at Nobu Hotel clearly go above and beyond to make guests feel special, and these two individuals are prime examples of that dedication. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service.

Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Paid for a deluxe room only to be put in a standard room. Was not very happy about that. Area was terrible. Lots of homeless and crazy people in the area. Be careful!

The hotel looks good. But speaker was broken. Called lobby and no one fixed it. We reserved a taxi, but instead of PM they called us 4 am. The 2nd time we called a taxi we were promised it had been arranged for three times but eventually no one came and we had to organize one ourselves outside to rush to an airport. We ordered coffee in hotel bar and it was forgotten and so on and on. Work is passed around few times until someone picks it up. Come on, a 5 star hotel can arrange service better than this.

Great place

This property is right across the street from the train station, making everything in Barcelona accessible. My friend and I took the train everywhere and felt safe. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean. The view from the Nobu restaurant is also unreal. Don't hesitate to book this hotel; you will not be disappointed. It is also next door to a grocery store, so it is very convenient if you want to get some quick snacks for day trips.

Lovely hotel, great rooms and breakfast was good quality with lots of options. Only negative was the roof terrace and pool gets oversubscribed and you may not be able to gain entry.

Service was absolutely incredible! We were greeted like royalty and they made my daughters (3 and 6) feel so special.

The property was high end luxury with amenities. The restaurant offered a continental breakfast and the service was excellent

Overall, it was a good experience. For those who are interested in a more peaceful environment, there is construction around the hotel. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic despite slow service (9/10), as expected, but the breakfast left a bit to be desired. The selection and quality was 7/10. The eggs in particular were memorable in a negative light.

No greetings upon arrival. Had to carry own luggage to room.
