My room was not ready at 4 which is check in. We had an event to attend and were on a time schedule. We didn’t get into our room until 450 and were late to our event because we still had to get dressed. The lobby was packed of people in the same situation. I also was not given the king room I reserved. I was given a queen room that had a door to the next room. I could hear everything that was going on in there. It was an awful stay.

It was a nice stay but the closet where the iron is stationed was locked and we could not get into it to iron our clothes so we went to our event wrinkled. I had a friend that stayed a couple of weeks ago and I was told that she had bathroom robes and I didn’t have those. Also it seemed as if the air conditioning was not working. Even having it set to 65 it was still hot which made for a bit of not so comfortable sleep. I noticed at upon Check in there were amenities offered to other couples that was not offered to me like complimentary water or offered to use the bar or the restaurant. Things of that sort.

Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. I’m sure difficult to stop mold & mildew given humidity & heat. Art gallery is worth a look. Outstanding art works in our room! Security seems to be a priority for the hotel.

The absolute nastiest place I ever stayed at on top of the rudeness from the staff. The only people working there that was polite and outgoing, and making thing happen was the valet. We first checked in and there is hair in the sinks with toothpaste and hair in the bathtubs and dirty and hairs around toilet and around cracks of baseboards and spiderwebs and cobwebs in ceiling and around door and window frames on top of they tried to overcharge me hidden fees and overcharge for everything there would not recommend to go there whatsoever. You’re better off getting a motel eight.

Upon checking into a luxurious hotel with my husband, I was impressed by the employee's thorough explanation of the amenities and surrounding businesses to another guest. However, my own check-in experience with Josh H fell short of my expectations, as the customer service I received was not as exceptional as I had anticipated. The shuttle and parkinf staff was very friendly, professional and attentive.

Everything was great except for one thing which is deceiving. We booked a room on the terrace level which Expedia calls an “outdoor “ space. But in actuality it is not accessible and has no view. We were very disappointed as we choose that room over others that would have been much better. Someone needs to tighten up!!

Lovely experience and decor throughout. I enjoyed access to the executive lounge that had snacks, drinks, and a space to do some work on my laptop. Their line of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, Kessler, smells the best! I forgot to ask about buying some to take home with me :(

Customer service at check-in was top notch, very clean and up-to-date rooms made the stay wonderful. The on-site restaurant offered delicioys food options, and Horace was so kind and provided excellent customer service. Located in a great area to offer other restaurant options. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at the GB! The decor is very fun/ funky. Búho is a great place to kick the night off w/ a tasty cocktail or two. GBs located close to so many great places to eat/drink/ watch a game. Above all what stood out to me about the GB was the excellent service.
