Room was clean and comfortable but very simple without fridge or safe! Beautiful tile floors and bathroom, but our shower head didn’t work well at all as it was broken

There were people working on the hotel during our stay throwing stuff off the roof on the ground outside our room. The workers were all gathered around the pool area so we couldn't get in without an audience. People also jumped in the pool around midnight. The curtains are white and outside of every room there is a light. So light shines through the window all night long. The AC unit drips, even when off, onto the table (which is right next to an outlet). Our room was located on the first floor right across from the check in. At night, a few permanent guests would gather around tables right outside our room and talk all night. They also moved their chairs so they sat right outside our window during the daytime. The door to our room didn't close well. After getting dinner we came back and our door was open. It also blew open due to the wind. Wifi was in and out.

Simple lodging. Nice staff walkable to 5ace and beach

Thank to the owner for our holiday. Parking on the street - more space. Near to the highway, but didn´t disturb us. Shopping centre and markets nearby, usefully situated for short car trips, appartment in good condition, beach cca 10 min walk. Renter was friendly.

A quantidade de barata que eu matei no meu quarto não foi pouca, e quando fui reclamar com a recepção ele achou a coisa mais normal do mundo e falou que depois ia alguém lá limpar o quarto. Além disso quando deixei o hotel esqueci meu chinelo no mesmo e no dia seguinte quando voltei para buscar me disseram que não tinha chinelo nenhum, sendo que o quarto que eu tinha ocupado ainda estava vazio.

The staff was friendly and nice. But that’s as good as it gets. The hotel was very old and dirty. There was no natural light in the room. It was old. The shower was broken. Dusty and the internet didn’t work. The TV also didn’t work and was an extremely unpleasant night stay. I was happy to leave the next morning even before checkout time.

Was a simple easy to check in and my stay was comfortable. Would stay again.

Lets start at the top... internet only works if you stand outside and to the southern end of the property. The staff leave massive bags of trash by entrance on the inside so you get a big smell while looking for internet signal to book another hotel. The beds... you can feel every spring pressing into your bones. There is no internet so forget about cable TV! Only over the air antenna. There is a back entrance into the rooms that the windows are clear and no way to block the view so you have ZERO privacy.

There was nothing I didn't like. You get what you pay for, except I don't think you'll find a better place, or staff, for the price. Extremely clean, well maintained, and new. Sonja does an excellent job keeping the place clean, Felix (owner) is unbelievably nice and attentive, and Manny the same. A mile from the beach, didn't bother me. A nice, quiet, clean, highly affordable hotel in a decent neighborhood with a fun, laid back, "you're among friends and family" type of feel. Highly recommend, will stay there again, and will be back soon!!

It was rated exceptional. I thought that meant accomodations , tho it represented value- and I wouldn't say it was exceptional.

Sin servicio de cable, toallas muy viejas y alberca sucia. No ví que le dieran limpieza ni un solo día. Botes de basura rebosando en la entrada principal que nunca cierra a pesar que dicen cerrar después de 23:00 hrs

I stayed here in June 2020 just as the hotels in the are were re-opening after being closed for 3 months for the pandemic. The 18-room hotel (3 floors, 6 rooms per floor) is new and very clean with tiled floors throughout and a good bathroom and shower (large, rain shower head) with hot water. Each room has a TV, a new AC, and a ceiling fan. The free WiFi worked very well my entire stay. Screens on the windows if you want to open your window at night. There 4 power outlets next to the bed for easy charging of your phone / laptop. A desk to work and a wardrobe with drawers, hangers, and shelves for clothes and books. There's a sink in the bathroom and another larger sink in the main room next to a small electric 2-burner stove top. The only things missing were a kettle and small fridge. The bed is very comfortable with two full body sized pillows. The small swimming pool is kept very clean and there's a patio area to eat by the pool. The property is a bit far from the beach, maybe 20 minutes walking, but that didn't bother me at all. Next door is an OXXO (small minimarket), and it's only 10-minute walk to a huge CHEDRAUI supermarket (perfect location), and maybe a 20-minute walk to Walmart and MEGA supermarkets. The two staff who were present during my stay, Felix and Manuel, were very helpful, welcoming, and friendly, and always made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for it's excellent value for money and the cleanliness of this newer property.
