Rooms clean and modern, staff very friendly and helpful. If you use stair corridor instead of elevator, be prepared it’s pretty shady. Street in front of hotel quite loud and dirty but still normal for Saigon.

Well situated, good staff, nice pool and view of the river. Breakfast buffet areas uncomfortable seating. Breakfast and coffee was good but lacks variety after four days eating there. Western options needs to be added other than the white bread and corn flakes (yogurt, bagels, granola, cheese, etc.)

We were charged for a tiny stain on a pillowcase. It seems you need to pay for hotel laundry. There was no bar, breakfast was limited. Some staff were great but others only spoke local language. Overall I would not call it a 3 star hotel.

The hotel breakfast spread is too limited. To enjoy the bathtub, aircon must be off and there are small ants on the bed and sink. Can hear loud door bang when other room close the main door.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Great location. Staff were very friendly and alway ready to help. We were a short walk to most of the sites and restaurants. The only downside was our bed very soft but all in all a great venue.

Great location and the view from our room was great, 6th floor king with view of the river. Gourmet market right around the corner for incidentals. Money exchange one block over. Easy walking distance to sites. Would definitely stay again. Some have noted the noise, but it’s located in the city, so of course you will hear horns and such. It was quiet by the time we were ready for bed.

Hotel was conveniently located, but when it comes to rooms it was super dirty and not maintained. Air-con unit in the room was very dirty and full of dust. I guess the air-con filters were also never changed judging by the dirt. some of the rooms are facing a club next door, so get ready for a no sleep during the weekend. The swimming pool and breakfast area look totally different from the pictures and since they glazed the whole roof-top it is not possible to really enjoy it. All the cute tables with chairs that were originally there got replaced by fixed and very dirty benches and tables. Generally do not count to wnjoy any nice sunbathing time on the rooftop as it is very unwelcoming and full of some different trays that they use for serving a breakfast. When the breakfast is served you cannot use the swimming pool. In the evening there is no bar or other possibility to enjoy it there.

Perfect 2-night stay ! Upper floor, huge deluxe bedroom with river view! Good breakfast! I’ll definitely stay there again!

The room itself was a bit cramped for two people, but overall fine for a one night stay. The sheets in our bed smelled as if they had been in a closet for a few months before use. We didn't check out the pool, but we did see a bat flying around our floor.

Modern hotel in great location. Toilet flushing was a disaster and we have to request help multiple times. Staff was overall not very friendly (with some exceptions of course). No possibility to get 2 keys.

Large room and a beautiful bathtub for great price. Convenient to many restaurants and cafes around the area too

My wife and I had a good experience to stay at this hotel. We forgot something valuable and after checked out, the next day we called and asked for help to find it even though it was hopeless. The staffs were phenomenal, they tried their best and finally found it and gave it back to us. Highly recommended this hotel to everyone! Very reasonable price, clean room and convenience location to everywhere. Especially very nice and truthful staffs make you feel like home “safe and sound”. Thank you so much !

Staff are friendly. Place is clean and the hotel is well equipped with simple things you don't really realise that are so important as USB port charger.

We felt the photo of the hotel and the reality was very different.. Also the owner of the Hotel was catering only to the Korean guests... which felt a little uncomfortable.

Nice hotel

This is a hotel 2-3 star hotel at best but the stuff is extremely helpful and does everything to make your stay pleasant. I think my main disappointment was the room and a teeny tiny window. I really like the small and cozy pool area at the roof and the superb breakfast. You are also in the center of District 1 and can walk to all the attractions.

The manager & staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and near amenities and many restaurants. My room do not include breakfirst but can be pay at the counter for only VND70k, good simple Vietnamese breakfirst. Definitely will come again. 👍

The property was a good condition. The room was a little dusty. Probably due to most of the staff being off for Tet holiday. Overall, the hotel is a nice stay. The small pool on the roof has an incredible night time view of the city skyline.

Super friendly & helpful staff and great service. Rooms a little small and not a lot of room for luggage but clean and good enough. Great rooftop pool and tables to relax (and work). Only complaint is it's overpriced for what you get, i.e. it's not really a 4 star.
