Everyone was so helpful and friendly, couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is perfectly located right in the centre of the old town but it’s completely quiet at night.

The room was adequate - clean and comfortable. Other than the weird smell in the bathroom (still not sure what it was, but it was only in the enclosed bathroom), the street noise was the only negative. It wasn’t terrible, you could just hear anyone and every thing. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast great!

The only complaint is the parking situation. It is not easy to get a spot close to the hotel.

We received a lovely welcome card on arrival. Staff were on hand to assist with any problems and provided transport and dining options.

The room was quite small

Very nice, clean hotel right in the centre of town. I had no trouble parking but I imagine in high season it might be difficult, but otherwise a great place to stay.

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. It is centrally located with easy access to beach. The desk staff we interacted with couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Breakfast was good and plentiful and offering coffee and snacks 24/7 a plus. All and all a great value.

Hotel very clean with lovely room! Feels like the perfect beach hotel! Not easy to find parking though, and the breakfast could be served earlier, so we can grab some food before going surfing!

Comfortable enough

Wonderful location for exploring a lovely town. Staff are great. Only gripe is the parking in the town which obviously out of the control of the hotel.

Amazing property

Ericeira is such a great place to visit, and we loved the hospitality of the Reserva FLH Hotel. Super friendly staff (everyone was so nice!), a generous breakfast, and a very central location in the middle of everything. The only not-so-good thing was our room (25, on the 4th floor). We do not recommend booking that room - a suite with sea view - if you're very tall or if you don't want to climb some extra stairs because the lift only goes to the 3rd floor. We personally didn't mind stairs at all but my husband did hit his head on the low sloped ceiling a couple of times. Also, there were some drainage issues in the bathroom that caused a very noticeable smell. I know it's an old building and I overheard that maintenance was coming to check it out the day we left, so I did not complain during our short stay; I just hope it was fixed for the next visitors. If we had a longer booking I would've asked to switch rooms.

Room small but comfortable and much needed Air Conditioning . Helpful Staff and great Buffet Breakfast . I would have liked a more updated Coffee Machine that had Flat White , Cappuccino etc functions . Would Definitely stay there again.

The hotel was great! It’s clean, safe, affordable, and most importantly the staff are terrific. Everyone was friendly and always available to meet my needs and answer any questions I had. Also, the cake, coffee, and snacks available all day in the lobby was a nice touch!!!

Clean and modern

Although a little hilly in the area, there are many facilities so near to the Hotel, lovely clean beaches, shops, cafés, bars etc. a perfect venue. The Hotel itself is lovely, the staff even lovelier, especially receptionist Diogo for whom nothing was too much trouble, a really lovely guy. Also very easy to get an Uber if going further afield.

It was a pleasure staying at Reserva, the hotel is located in the center walkong distance from the center and 15 min walk to the surfing spots. Breakfast was delightful and includes a variety of options. Staff were friendly and tried to accommodate our requests.
