I booked room, received a confirmation number only to arrive after driving 11 hours and was told they were sold out.

We only stayed one night, but found everything to be great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and quick. The room was like a small apartment and had everything you would need, which is why I like Waterwalk. It was very clean and comfy. No complaints! There was a fire pit and looked like grills outside, but we didn't have time to explore that stuff. Very nice for the price. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. This was the first time we have ever been there. We were very happy with their hospitality and service. We felt very comfortable and grateful for all of them. We will definitely be back soon.

This was an emergency last-minute booking after I discovered the room I had booked at the La Quinta Raleigh Airport was infested with fleas. (Room next door had mold blowing from the vents!). This property is a hybrid hotel / apartment complex which was unique. It was comfortable and also had a full kitchen.

Location and price is great. The price is the best in town for what you get such as a full mini apartment fully furnished.

The front desk was unmanned when we arrived. No one answered the phone number left at reception. It took about 5 minutes for someone to show up to give us a key. Shampoo was not provided. I had to ask for a hairdryer. The room began to smell like sewage when the water ran or the toilet flushed. I will not stay here again.

The place was not clean at all.
The man at the front desk was great, the woman who context implied was a manager was dismissive and honestly it came across rude.
Overall, decent place for the money, but the experience was not executed well.

I was truly expecting a great stay, but I was very disappointed when I learned that I had to pay an additional $100 for a security deposit that I still have not received. The facilities were okay, but the staff was rarely there to answer questions. I will not be staying at this location again.

Stay was very average. Wi-fi was not working. The room didnt have any bar soap. There was no iron in the room either. It took couple of reminders to get the missing items from front desk. Last but not the least, the elevator was out of order when checking out, so had to carry lagguage down the stairs. Would look for another place to stay next time.

The lobby and elevator smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes, with heavy chemical smell mixed in to try and cover the smoking small. Don’t remember this being the case the last two times we stayed there

It was nice but the walls are very thin. You can hear everything in the hall and above you. Very nice staff and very roomy hotel for the price.
