Our stay was great, overall a great hotel. However, when checking in I asked for late check out. I was not told about a late check out fee. The next morning staff called me very rude, and asked if I was almost leaving because I was supposed to check out at 11. Very disappointed with her attitude, and demeanor.

This has become our favorite hotel when we are staying in the central coast area. Very nice property, close to everywhere. Very nice and professional staff. Comfortable. Nice gym. I can’t think of a downside to our stay.

The property was noisy. We could hear the guests from the adjacent room and outside. We attempted to drown out their voices with the room A/C , but the fan motor was very loud. We notified the desk clerk during check out

Only disappointment was it advertised as full kitchen. All that was available was full fridge, micro and dishwasher. My stay was a week and based decision on the fact I could cook meals.

Room was not ready until 5:30pm. We got there at 3pm. Waited in the lobby with a bunch of other people waiting for their rooms.

Front desk wasn't very welcoming.
He seemed to be distracted training someone. Very nice room and comfortable bed. Love the kitchenette

Was nice cleaning and quite. Parking lot gets full fast went to get dinner came back to no parking but only far away. Nice breakfast in the morning friendly staff. The only bad thing was when we got there at check in they had no rooms available and we had to wait an hr in the lobby for a room to be done.

Beautiful lobby and courtyard. Clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast and amenities (gym, laundry room, express store for late night goodies.

Everything is always great when staying at this property. The only downside is the breakfast as there are always so many people lining up and taking more than they can eat. I wished they would extend the breakfast for an additional hour until 11 am to avoid these long lines etc.

My family and I really enjoyed that we were able to check in early. The room was really clean and bigger than we anticipated, and we loved all of the amenities from the pool, the gym and the free breakfast.

Way too expensive for a hotel right next to a highway! Noise from other rooms were terrible!

the stay was wonderful. although there was construction going on outside the hotel and I heard some noises and back up beeping all night long . I understand that is not much you can do with that. overall the stay was excellent and the front desk was very helpful. your housekeepers could be a little friendlier when you talk to them . Just a smile goes a long way .
