INCREDIBLE HOTEL in an INCREDIBLE LOCATION!!!! The TEAM is dedicated and CARING ... they go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience whether it is in organizing transports, giving tour advice, accommodating variety of needs ... absolutely incredible! All staff SMILING and welcoming. A SPECIAL MENTION to GEORGIA ... this is a person with passion and expertise in hospitality. My wife and I were always greeted with such genuine warmth and caring. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ... at the intersection of the Old and New City and everything in walking distance, with incredible BEACH to cool off anytime of day with reserved comfortable beach chairs ... WOW!!!! Last, the included BREAKFAST a-la-carte, which we did not expect, was AMAZING as well. In particular, the STAFF were SO SO SO NICE. Minibar in room also with water (flat and sparkling) and pop ... love that this is simply included and can stay hydrated without worrying or feeling like open wallet ;) INCREDIBLE SUNSETS viewed from rooms as well ... WOW!!!! The only mild inconveniences to be balanced as review is that located in the heart of seaside restaurants and thus air on balcony MAY have seafood/fish scent, particularly when busy in evenings albeit RARE that would be on balcony when so much life in this city ((NB, NONE of the smell gets into room)). LOVE THIS PLACE AMD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We have just got back from a fabulous stay at the Chania Flair Hotel. From the day we arrived to the day we left, the service here has been the utmost professional. We were welcomed with welcome drinks and a fruit platter on our arrival. The rooms are spacious and so clean. We would like to give a special shout-out to Georgia and Anastasia for being so helpful on the front desk with recommendations of things to do, and places to eat. The gentlemen who also parked our car and brought it to the front of the hotel were also very helpful. It was lovely coming down each day to see smiley faces on the front desk. We would also like to say a massive thank you to Aspasia, she greeted us each morning at breakfast with amazing coffee and it was lovely to see her around. The hotel has a fantastic rooftop whirlpool and gym facilities which were amazing. The location of the hotel is also perfect - not too far from the old town but has the nearby Nea Chora beach alongside if you wish to stay local. Overall our stay was fantastic and would definitely stay here again. If I had to pick an improvement, I would simply state that it would have been nicer to have a few more vegan options on the breakfast menu, nevertheless there were still other things for us to eat and pick from. Looking forward to our next stay at the Chania Flair hotel.

Excellent stay and they have the best showers!

If you need parking in Chania (you need parking in Chania) this is a great option. Tremendous staff and walkable location just outside the old town. Clean and well appointed hotel.

Service is excellent

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in with the best service. Everyone was so welcoming, kind and helpful. Parking was easy as they have valet parking. Room is spacious, modern and clean. The beach and dining strip is only a short walk away. Central location to Old Town Chania, as well. Very pretty beach, and free sunbeds and umbrellas make it even better. The hot tub is amazing as well! Breakfast was very tasty and the dining staff were all very kind. The hotel restaurant was also very good and had a great view. I would stay here over and over again and recommend to anyone visiting Chania!

Everyone friendly and helpful.

An attractive modern hotel which is trying very hard to get everything right. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location with a selection of restaurants just around the corner. The old town is a 10-15 minute walk away. Our car was parked for us without any hassle or cost. No great views from the room which may also be too hi tech for some. Great breakfast but the staff were so keen to help that the second course arrived too quickly.

Wonderful staff! Enjoyed the location to everything and restaurants just a few steps away with seating along the ocean. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable, in fact the bed we slept on was the best bed I've ever slept on. I'm looking forward to coming back next year.

We stayed here for one night to break our journey. Staff were very welcoming upon arrival. Exactly what one expects from a boutique hotel. Georgia checked us in swiftly after a welcome drink and arranged for our bags to be in our room. This followed with a welcome letter from management. The room was simply fantastic and pretty much an automated room. The shower was superb and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant..and not the typical buffet style. The staff were very helpful arranging transport / car hire for our onward journey. To summarise I would say and superb hotel with even better hospitality. I certainly would stay here again if visiting!

Luxuriously appointed large room, double deluxe room more open and spacious than the more expensive Junior suite that has a Jacuzzi in it. Sit down, a-la- carte breakfast service that is tasty and hygienic. Staff is courteous. Will come back if visiting Chania again.

Staying at Chania Flair was fantastic! The location is very convenient and the staff was the best highlight. The included breakfast was delicious. Complimentary valet was very convenient but the hotel is tricky to get to by car the first time.

This is an exceptional hotel. The facilities are typical for an up market boutique hotel: stylish, modern without needing to be ostentatious. The location is good: 50metres from the beach and 10 mins walk to the old town. For us the key differentiator was the staff attitude and level of customer service. Without exception the team were friendly, helpful and demonstrated a level of thoughtfulness we have rarely experienced even in much pricier hotels. Restaurant bookings, travel tips, organising a last minute hire car (delivered to the hotel in under an hour), small gifts etc all made for a special experience. Sincere thanks in particular to Georgia and Mia at reception and Manolis, Aspera and Georgia in the restaurant. Your thoughtfulness and professionalism made for a wonderful stay.

Really nice hotel

The room was large and comfortable and clean. The shower was excellent, one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would have preferred a breakfast buffet to their sit-down process, but the breakfast staff were extremely attentive and quick. No problem with having a car at this hotel.

Absolutely phenomenal stay. Georgia at the front desk was the best. Breakfast was out of this world. Rooms are stunning and fully automatic everything. Only negative is that the “whirlpool” was gross - had some flies and hair floating in it - and it was cold, not even lukewarm. We asked and were told the temperature couldn’t be adjusted.

Fabulous hotel! Great location near the beach and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. The a la carte breakfast was fantastic. I would absolutely stay there again!

Great hotel, conveniently located for a short walk to the beach, restaurants and to the old town. Away from the noise of the central core. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Would stay there again.

Hotel is in a great location a short walk from the old town, rooms are really comfortable. Only downside is the displays and reading lamps have blue lights you can’t turn off at night which made it difficult to sleep unless you cover them with towels. Staff are wonderful, view isn’t great but that’s not an issue when you are out in Chania

The best check-in experience ever. Don't hesitate, the cost of this hotel is worth every single penny. The staff is not only polite, but incredibly helpful. From the moment we stepped out of our cab plenty of staff were available, at our service, and already taking our bags before stepping foot into the property. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. I regret not taking advantage of the spa. 10/10!

Outstanding staff service. Facility is new and in excellent condition with lots of modern amenities. Great location next to the beach and only a few minutes walk into town. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a high end hotel at a reasonable rate.

Fantastic hotel. Amazing, attentive staff. Good location although local area seems to be in rebuild mode. Should be a top choice hotel in Chania. Especially if you want to see the old Venetian Harbor….. which is great. Try to connect with hotel staffers Georgia and Eugene! They were simply awesome!

I had a great time very state of the art set up and great service.

For a short break this hotel was delightful. It opened only last year so everything feels fresh, clean and thoughtfully put-together. Chic designer interiors but also lovely helpful staff - some nice personal touches for your stay such as a fruit plate and drinks on arrival and breakfast was terrific and beautifully served. All in all this was a great stay just a stroll from Chania town and the beach just 2 minutes away. We couldn't have asked for more.
