Basic university accommodation, bed was small and short

There was nowhere on the details this was Student Accommodation I didn't stay!
Basic Accommodation at best!
5.0
Excellent economical accommodation. Easy 20 minute walk to downtown. Also on tram line. We were able to check in early. Very friendly & helpful staff.
6.0
The room was large and clean. But the lack of bedding material and soap was an issue. Staff were friendly but remember this is student dorm that is being rented during the summer when the students are not there so you can iot expect much.

Great property to stay in. The room was a little dusty and the location a little further from downtown than I imagined but it is close to transportation.
8.0
The tram stop is next to the property. Therefore, is very easy to travel to central Dublin.

There is not hate on the staff as there were incredible. It’s just because it is student accommodation that it is not great. It gets incredibly hot in the room. It is set at 22 degrees which is usually hot for indoor place. The walk towards downtown is about 30 minutes. The map was incredibly misleading for the area. If you want to enjoy Dublin, it needs to be across the river, south. It’s worth the extra money for sure. The shower for the bathroom.l was not great whatsoever. Everything gets wet. However, for the price, it’s good accomadation.

The room was filthy! The wall had god knows what on them and the baseboards had a layer of filth that has not been clean in forever. The pictures are very deceiving and do not reflect the rooms at all. On Expedia it does not tell you these are student dorm rooms during the school year. The smallest double bed we have ever seen. Not sure how this is a family friendly hotel unless your kids can sleep in a cubby.

When you pay nearly 200 euros for a room, the least you'd expect is that they would supply toilet paper.
The bathroom was poorly laid out - the shower was basically beside the toilet with only a piece of glass on one side. The toilet gets wet if you shower, and you need to be careful of your clothesline

Very badic but very convenient for our needs. Parking in Dublin is a problem.

Bed was far too cramped certainly not your average double bed, the bathroom was tiny and the toilet and shower right beside each other, no shower gel you can request it at reception but it's the least you'd expect, I suppose for the price for a Sunday night in rip off Dublin it was ok, it's certainly clean and modern just very basic

I book a 2 bed room but my booking was changed to a 1 bed and was not able to get it fixed

There was no parking and it was very expensive. It was very basic almost like a hostel.

This was great. We are a family of five and had an apartment for all of us. My husband and I in our own room and each of the girls had their own room. We shared a common living and kitchen area. Very walkable to the center of town and all attractions.

It is a renovated student accommodation and modern property. The staff was lovely. However the rooms had spider webs in the corners, there was no soap in the bathroom. The walls in the room where so thin so you could here the adjoining neighbors talking and snoring 😄. There was a single small towel on the small double bed so I was glad I brought spare towels. It was mentioned that we could just ask for toiletries such as soap at the reception but then they did not find anything. The door in the bathroom had a gap on the bottom so the water from the shower caused a lake outside in the little „hallway“.and the bath. As we only had one towel, we used toilet paper to clean that up. It was cheap enough (102€ for 1 night in a double room), modern, functional, clean in general and fullfilled the basic purpose of a room, there was a cinema and game room and a kitchen (also no washing liquid, no towels or whatsoever) but it felt like a Ryanair flight with absolutely no extras that are common curtesy in other hotels. Once you know that - keep in mind to bring towels, soap and anything you would miss as there is really just the basic room with sheets and that’s about it. There is also no parking at the property- a carpark is about 1 kilometer walk away. We paid an extra 20€ there for a night. All in all, next time we will look at other properties that have parking onsite and are a little bit closer to the concert area (taxi to the 3 Arena was another 15€). It would perhaps be cheaper.
