I absolutely love this hotel. So much that it’s my go to every time we travel through Des Moines. The staff is nice the hotel is super cute and always really clean.

Very clean and stylish, the room was perfect, the restaurant had excellent food and cocktails, and the staff were all super helpful and friendly. Will absolutely stay again next time I’m in town.

Booked a standard room but was assigned an ADA room by hotels.com. I messaged to hotel and was told that I would get a regular room but when I checked in I was still in an ADA room. Had to pay $40 extra to get into a room since they were out of standard rooms. Hotel was nice, rooms were very pretty. Bed was hard. They did have a fan available since we forgot out which was super awesome. We opted for on street parking since it was $25 a nigh in the lot.

Perfect stay!
Incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Top-notch service. Wonderful coffee shop and avocado toast in the lobby and a great place to have a drink at night before you went upstairs to your room.

My room was upgraded, had a nice view, the Surety hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. The mulberry tavern there has really steak & margaritas were great

Beautiful hotel and our room was great. Unfortunately the a/c in the room must be motion activated because we both woke up a few times in the night because it had gotten too warm in our room. Also, we were there at the same time as the Des Moines Marathon which made for a delay getting out of downtown. It would have been super helpful if the hotel had a map showing how to get around all of the road closures. Google Maps wasn't aware of the race.

Beautiful hotel downtown. Our son got married at the courthouse and its' a one minute walk. We also got to experience the fair they were having downtown. That was about a 2 min walk to get to it. The only thing I would say is, if you are a light sleeper, you will hear EVERYTHING outside your room with any late-night people going down the hallway. Also the outside noises as well.

This neat hotel is less than 1 mile easy walk to the downtown area. The room was spacious and clean. I would have preferred a fridge and microwave instead of a stocked mini bar. No coffee maker in the room, but free coffee downstairs and fancy coffee for a charge. Cute bar on main level too, I didn’t get to try it as I was meeting up with friends elsewhere. Parking in adjacent lot was easy.

It was fantastic! Very cool hotel, excellent service and great lobby with restaurant and coffee shop. I sorta wish they had more drawers for clothes and hooks for used towels but that’s a really small deal. Would recommend.

Amazing service, super cool building with great design, and great location to bars, restaurants, and other amenities downtown (like the farmer's market). AC worked great, but our room stayed a tad too humid. We would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms are very nice and quiet. We loved the comfort and aesthetic. The attached restaurant was very nice. The staff was mostly very friendly.

I loved the decor. An old bank converted to a hotel, they kept the dark wood and elegance. I felt like I was staying in an upscale law firm. The staff was attentive. In the morning they had a coffee bar with some breakfast items. I didn't try the restaurant. It was a bit pricey.

My most favorite hotel ever! Such gorgeous hardwood floors, bathroom tiles, marble countertops and leather furnishings. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.
