Very friendly staff. Very clean throughout. We liked the lounge/ play area. Hot breakfast was nice. We would have used the hot tub of there was one.

I had the most efficient seamless check in experience ever. Seriously. Ever.
So pleasantly surprised at the room. The breakfast was delicious. Location was phenomenal.
If I had to complain, I’d say I’d complain that there’s no hot tub. I say that specifically because I only saw 2 photos online of the pool area and I couldn’t see a hot tub so I made a point to actually call in to inquire and I was informed that there was a hot tub.

Wonderful stay over the weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The included breakfast in the morning was good. The gym had great equipment. Location wise less than a mile from MoA.

Wonderful hotel! Kimberly, the night receptionist at front desk, was amazing. She was very friendly, efficient, and just comforting after a long travel day. She acknowledged our Honors membership even when we used a third party to book. Not a lot of Hilton properties will do that. Top notch. Great clean hotel also. Clean room. Thank you for the great service.

After arriving on time we were delaid an hour as rooms not ready. Upon retirn we had to rquest a different room as asighned location was too far for disabled family member to walk. Then we had to wait for assistance with toilet backing up. Once settled we had a good nights rest

Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Not a fan of the pillows they had, but that is minor. Breakfast choices were great for the whole family.

The hotel was very good - the room had the best furniture to allow three fairly large suitcases to be left open. They had ample drawer storage, but we were only staying one night. The suite had a kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. They served a decent breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and really liked the walk in shower which had a good non-skid floor and a grab bar. The hotel is almost directly under a flight path from MSP airport, but didn't hear a single engine from our room on the 3rd floor.

There were many great things about our stay. The breakfast was great and the service in breakfast was amazing. There was a broken handle in our room that was reported the first day and it never got fixed after being told it would be fixed when we were out.

We loved the room and property. However, your female staff employee was horrible! She acted like it was an inconvenience to have to help us. Kept her nose in the computer. Frowned all the time. Felt like she could care less if we stayed at the property.

I understand staff shortages but when you travel and you show up and the room you are given has not been cleaned from the previous guest it’s really gross. Then wait over an hour after check in time to be able to use the room. Front desk staff was not helpful and kind of rude. The guy running around in the purple Hilton shirt (wish I had his name) was way more helpful and made things acceptable.

Everything about our stay was great with the exception of the WiFi which was terrible the whole time we were there. We signed in as we were instructed but were afterwards told that there was no signal. Very disappointing. We were able to connect at the MOA.

I came here for a little girl’s trip to MoA with my bestie niece and we were so happy with our stay! The hotel was quiet, comfortable, the room was clean and beautiful, and the staff were all incredibly nice. We will definitely stay there again.

Front office staff very helpful and friendly. Suite was spacious and clean. Had a fridge, dishwasher, etc..Withim walking distance to Mall of America but we used the hotel.shuttle because you have a to cross a large street with stoplights and a pedestrian crossing to get to the Mall. Restaurant/game facility was next to hotel but we didn't go there. Would definitely stay again if going to MOA.

With as close to the airport as it was, we heard no airplane noise from our room. The pool was small, and the continental breakfast was not very gluten friendly. The proximity to the MOA was perfect.
