The hotel and staff were great. I found it off-putting that I had to pay for parking on the night I stayed at the hotel (was leaving my car to fly out). I can see the nights I did not book a room but the night I stayed should have been FOC.

The only down side for me was that you have to pay to park in their parking lot that surrounds the hotel. Not a garage, not covered - just a typical hotel parking lot.

The room was so clean. We received daily housekeeping. The housekeepers were very friendly. The checking in process was simple and smooth. I will definitely book here again.

Housekeepers knocked on my door even though the DND was left on the hallway side of the door.
Ordered food and the delivery was incomplete. The courier said he would be back but never showed.
They charged me for food I did not order and tried to offer me something else. I did not want what offered and told the courier to take that as his tip. I guess that made him decide not to come back.

Hotel was very nice, and staff was friendly. Should not have to pay $10.00 per night to park our car in addition to the room rate. That was an unpleasant first, especially when the actual cost exceeded $10.00 when other inexplicable fees added.

Only stayed a couple of hours due to layover but shuttle was seamless. Missed out on the buffet by 15 minutes but I heard it’s decent.

Excellent service from staff upon arrival. Extremely quiet considering it was so close to the airport. Will stay here again when in Charlotte!

The overall experience was excellent. I want to give a shout out to Kathy, who is the host. She was courteous, professional, and kind. It was a pleasure to spend our time there.

Our toilet wouldnt flush. We asked for a plunger and when it was brougjt to our room, the plastic bag it was in had dried poop on it and the pkunger had dried toilet paper all over it. We took pictures. I have traveld the country amd always stay with hampton and was very surprised at this level of slack and grossness. Then the rubber part of the plunger was so hard we couldnt even use it. We just let it slowly work its way down....very disappointed. Mentionednit to two staff members and they didnt seem to care at all.

Nice property, good location near highway, friendly staff. For some reason the maid removed my wife’s personal pillowcase from pillow. Didn’t make her very happy. Not sure why they would take a custom pillowcase or why they’d even change bedding for a two night stay.

Check in took about 25 minutes as they couldn't find my reservation and they weren't very pleasant about it. Once the manager came all was good.

Loved this place! The rooms were HUGE, it was clean and quiet. Bonus is the microwave, fridge, and full sink area like a mini kitchen. Shower was HUGE. I absolutely LOVED IT.

What a nice hotel. This was probably the nicest wheelchair accessible hotel room we’ve ever had. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. I liked the options to recycle also. We didn’t try the breakfast but it smelled good on our way out. I appreciate that we could bring our dog.

At the last minute we decided to head down to Charlotte for a weekend to spend time with the grandbaby everything worked out for us and we enjoyed our stay. Was a little sad about paying parking I will still be willing to return. Check in and check out was seamless.

The room was clean and breakfast choices were good. Staff was friendly. We scheduled the airport shuttle and it left without us with no warning. While I understand it needs to leave in a timely manner, we were in the breakfast area up until 7:31 --out front within a minute of the scheduled time--and they did not attempt to find us.
