Great experience! We loved the room, the breakfast, the beach, the cocktails and the staff.

We have just stayed here for the third time. We love this hotel. We stay for the healthy food which is available and because we rate the service here as second to none. My partner left her swimsuit at the beach club inside her towel after getting changed. When the hotel manager from the Suites found out that we had lost it she had all the staff hunting around the towel bins until they found it. The staff just go the extra mile here. We plan on coming again.

Stunning stay at eco resort Potato Head. I love all the touches to make the place more comfortable and welcoming. I also got sick during my stay and the staff were incredible checking in on me and organising anything I needed.

Loved the breakfast on daybeads next to pool

I didn't stay at the W but I visited at this place seems so superior. The experience is extraordinary from the moment you walk up to the non-existent check-in desk. The beach scene is second to none in this area unless you count Finns but that's a different crowd. Their whole mission is to be eco-friendly if that's important to you. So many cool spaces to sit, eat, drink hang out and as a guest you almost get the value of her room back in all the fees you save that you would pay if you came as a day guest. The experiences over the top. except for the expanses of concrete I can't think of one thing to say that's negative about this place

Amazing staff and very clean. Would have lived comfortable seating at breakfast and around the pool. Graduated entry to pool would have been appreciated. Sun shade at pool could not be moved. It looked good but was not practical. Maybe quiet areas not all guests appreciate the constant music. However the staff made up for the issues we had. They went above and beyond.

The breakfast part was a little messy. We didn’t get the fruit that we ordered. We were waiting for the pastry to come but it didn’t. Other than that, everything else was excellent. Love the design and concept of the hotel.

Great resort

Spectacular, there are not enough words to describe this amazing hotel. It’s super cool, lively, yet tranquil. I travelled with my husband and 20 yo and 18yo daughters. It met all our needs and way beyond. The little touches like, candles and salt scrub in the bath. The sun screen, aloe Vera and insect repellant in the room was so sweet and useful we had a free beach bag and water bottle, of such fantastic quality. Every night sweet treats were brought to our room. Now the room, simply wow! We were upgraded from a studio room to an island suite, it has a cool courtyard and a cocktail bar with free cocktails. Amazing. The staff were beyond fabulous, service was slick, stylish and gracious. They thought of your needs before you had thought of them yourselves. The beach club was cool and classy and was all we needed during the day. Every morsal of food we ate was delicious. Bfst was al la cate and even if you are a little late they would make whatever you wanted with grace. We have travelled the world so are used to staying in incredible 5 star hotels, yet this hotel is probably our best yet. Uami deserves a special mention, she went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible experience you can imagine Thank you all so very much at the Potatoe Head we really hope to return. Xx

It was a great stay by the beach club!

The Island suite were large with great wardrobe space and a big bathroom. The breakfast was great with a very good choice. Great pool with amazing staff to help with everything! Good for going to all the lot shops and restaurants. Great sunset bar on the roof!

Hotel is overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was very good with ample options to choose from.

Everything was beautiful staff was very attentive and caring. Food was so great in love with the coconut yogurt!

Where do you start... such a wonderful place to stay! We stayed for a long weekend and absolutely everything about Potato Head was just amazing. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and looked after us very well both at the hotel and the beach club. The room is excellent, the food (including the breakfast) was always fresh and tasty and it was just a delight to stay here from start to finish. We are looking forward to returning and staying again in the next year! Thank you for a great first experience in Bali!

This place is more than just a beautiful resort with a super cool beach club. I particularly enjoyed the variety of different wellness activities that available from yoga to sunrise meditation facing the ocean. I dined at the vegan restaurant & loved it (I’m not vegan) the service is incredible. Eating breakfast facing the ocean was amazing as is the breakfast itself. I stayed in a suite room & it was undoubtedly the best room I’ve ever stayed in, in Bali. This was my 13th visit to Bali in 10 years, I’ve stayed in all different resorts across the island & from now on I’ll only be staying at Potato head in a suite room ❤️
