The only good thing of this hotel was Customer service it was excellent. Our room had visible water damage on the ceiling and floor. The tv wasn’t working and the AC either. We slept with the sliding doors of the balcony open to get some cool air. The room had a moldy smell to it. The shower had drainage problems. It would get flooded and the water remained there for a bit. It’s kind of gross to have dirty water up to your ankles. The other thing was the beds are so hard! Left with a back ache. We checked out two days before and moved to a different hotel.

Beautiful new hotel. Friendly staff. Great rooms at a great price. We enjoyed the views and the kids enjoyed the pool. Walking distance to restaurants.

All the staff was very helpful with all of questions since we came from the US on a trip .
They were more than willing to assist with any transportation that we needed. Rooms were very clean. Asked if we wanted our room cleaned after the first night , had no problem getting more clean towels.
Would definitely stay here again.

Great customer service, every single employee is always willing to help, nice attitude and very respectful. I highly recommend this hotel not only on a business trip but as well as a family trip.

Scam on a shuttle ordered, paid full fare for a van to another hotel and they send me on an old car without a/c with a crazy driver. I book it with time ahead. Then they scam me with one room without a/c and without amenities, then they scammed me with $160.00 USD for one wash, like if they washed 20 dryclean suites. Totally not recommended, while they honor near to nothing towards my complains of their service which i paid ahead to get it.

The restaurant on the 18th floor was amazing and with great views! The restaurant rotates as you dine in and you can see the entire city. The only thing I didn’t like was there are wall ac units it’s not a unit and the room was hot. They did say the ac was broken and they nicely upgraded us which was very nice of them. The staff was nice.

Unique about the property, was the rotary restaurant, it was nice but, I have to say, the service and the food was not the same as two years ago, my staying was not too pleasant, no cable for two days? the bath and shower very small, employees not very friendly. and I can add more to the list but.. Not going to. Sorry, NOT TOO HAPPY!

I have stayed in most of the nicer hotels in Guatemala City, Barceló, westin, IHG, Hyatt, Hilton just to name a few. Vista quince is in the same price range, if not more expensive than these wonderful hotels. The problem is, I've stayed in nicer hostels. The room does not have basic hotel commodities (coffee maker, wifi, clothes iron). What the room does have is exposed plumbing, cheap furniture, and way too much noise from the highway. I would like a refund from Expedia please, because this hotel is absolutely NOTHING as advertised and NOT AT ALL worth its current price point.
