Had a wonderful romantic night at the W. Room was beautiful, and very well kept. I love that the rooms have a little card with a QR code where you can tip housekeeping, instead of leaving cash, which I rarely have. The one thing my room was missing, which surprised me, was a hair dryer. I think of that as pretty standard, but maybe everyone brings their own these days?
One other thing: I booked a reservation that included valet parking through hotels.com, but the W didn't have any record of valet parking being included in their reservation system. Ultimately they were able to include it, but it took a little time to get it sorted out. If I'd known, I might have called ahead.

Beautiful suite on the 43rd floor with an amazing view. 4326 to be exact, plush bed and bedding super clean fully stocked and rooms service was great. Check in and out was a breeze can wait to return

Only issue I have is someone at valet leaving a permanent sharpie or black marker line on my brand new Mercedes amg seat. After being billed an additional 300+ for valet and tipping above and beyond upon final departure.

Came here to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Had an amazing massage at the spa, listened to really great live music, and had a really beautiful room with a lovely view of the city!

Hotel is nice but at this price I expected more. Had to ask 3 times before we finally got slippers. The restaurant did not have spoons for coffee for breakfast (strange!!) and the shower let the water spill all over the bathroom.

Our room had an amazing view, hadn’t quite expected it to be so good! Room was however quite dark, but it was in keeping with the tone of the hotel decor. Staff all very friendly. No showers to use for the pool on day of check out which was a shame as it meant we didn’t use the pool on our last day as didn’t want to fly without getting freshened up (there was 1 shower but it was outside beside pool so didn’t feel appropriate to use for a proper shower!) Great location and I would stay again.

My stay at the W Philadelphia was one of the best experiences I’ve had staying at a hotel. The W hotel was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The design, the decor, the staff, the rooms all the amenities that comes with staying at the hotel. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Beautiful sight from hotel , I was in for 44. Beautiful room and comfortable bed. The hotel is beautiful. Got to the hotel at 4pm and my check in was long and I got my room after 6pm, it wasn’t ready, had to wait a long time. Although, I did receive a $100 credit for their restaurant upon checking out. The pool area was beautiful but I didn’t get in the pool because the water was visibly dirty.

Very clean and well appointed room with a wonderful view. Unfortunately, it was not ready at check in time. They did provide a food and beverage credit, and I know housekeeping staffing is challenging, but I did not see urgency from the front desk. I was not alone in my assessment from speaking to other exasperated new guests. And personally, I'd rather be given a candid answer and told it would be an hour and a half wait as opposed to being told 10 minutes and then shuffled off to the bar.
All that said, again, my room was wonderful,
and it's a great property in a bustling location with stylish amenities.

Walls are v thin so you hear everything, floor to ceiling windows made some creaking noises, room service was okay - they forgot something each time - valet was an hour wait even though they said 15 minutes - shower walls needed to be wiped down thoroughly

Beautiful hotel and all but parking was a bit of a hassle as expected since it’s in the city. Expedia made me pay for Internet and parking as part of a package yet when I get there, And I couldn’t connect my laptop to the Internet, waste of money .I had to pay additional fee for parking. I’m not happy about that at all

This is a lovely hotel. The room was very spacious and felt quite luxurious. Little things like proper glasses for water, quality soap and shampoo, etc in the bathroom just helps make guests feel like they are welcome in the hotel.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Location is perfect for getting around and seeing the sights. Highly recommend!

Experience was good, staff and customer service were excellent. A few things to note, I drive a pickup truck, and the 3rd party valet company was not that good. No option to self-park your vehicle at the hotel. Had to find outside parking. Otherwise stay was great!

We stayed at the hotel on a weekend. The lobby becomes a nightclub & is loud. A lot of people making noise in the halls at night. We were there with our family - someone knocked on our door at 11PM to offer us cake.
