My travel companion and I both agreed hotel was lovely and centrally located. I'd definitely stay here again.

Overall good except they don't have the belt for the robe and asked for it 5 times and never got it. Also, very inflexible in changing the reservation from my husband name to my name. Should my husband also get a HH membership card so he can get the benefits?

I thought that this location was great; it was in the middle of Philly. There was everything around the hotel, many places to eat and drink which are walkable and nearby. The room was the perfect size.

Absolutely loved this spot. I will book here again, when I visit Philly. Great staff, and the breakfast was so good. It's worth prepaying for breakfast, for sure! Security is visible at the property just outside the front door. Rideshare was super easy at the front - also do try the donut shop attached...really good. Ps. The hallways smell so good...I stayed on the 5th floor. I love the filtered water - that was cool.

The hotel is nicely located in the center of the town. Rooms are very nice and employees are to keen to helping!

Chose this hotel for my family weekend getaway as it had goof reviews. It was noted as having comfortable beds. With that being said, got two rooms (Premium 2 Queen beds for adult sons and 1 King for my wife and I). Turns out the queen beds were way more comfortable than the king bed. Also, the king bed premium room AC was very noisy when it turned on to cool the room. Overall all, the hotel was average and not worth the high price per night. They have water filter stations (part of green intiative- which is great) at each floor where the elevators are. However, when you go to fill your glass water jug, the water station doesn't drain correctly so you have a puddle of water in the tray area. You have to hold your glass bottle in the air while you fill it up. Oh by the way, when it comes to opening and closing the curtains, not the easiest thing to do. They would be better of placing non light drop shades as opposed trying to slide the curtains to open amd close them.

Super cool design/filtered water/great food

Room was clean and hotel was quiet over all. Dining closes at a good time around 10:30-11 and the bar closes at 12.

I love the decor of the property. Staff friendly and courteous.

The bathroom had very obviously not been cleaned or refreshed. There was a wrapper in the toilet and the tissues were crammed in the box having been used

Pleace was very nice. My 2nd time staying here. Early and late check out was granted both times.

I was denied access to the room on the morning of the reservation. I needed access to a shower in the morning. The reservation was canceled as a “no-show.” Nothing in the terms and conditions disclosed a “no-show” policy or warned about forfeiture of the room. In the end, at 10:00 a.m., which is before the posted check-out, I was denied access to a room I paid for.

Beautifully decorated, clean, welcoming with good food! What more could you ask for! I’ll definitely stay here again.

Valet is expensive $69!!! But other than that very convenient.

This property, as a whole, is in a great place. It is mostly clean around the property and has great surroundings. The front desk was nice and very helpful. Daily room cleaning still needs some work. Not changing sheets, only refilling some of the cups, nespresso stuff. Staff was friendly but not motivated as whole.
