The plug in bathroom didn’t work - yes we hit the reset button. The bed frame around the bed is a horrible idea. I’m short and hit it getting into and out of bed every time. The “ not soap brand” shampoo in the shower for someone with no glasses on is a little confusing.

I have stayed there a few different times. The 1 thing that i didn't like was no microwave in the rooms. They only have 1 microwave for everyone to use in the whole hotel. For the price there should be 1 in the room. Every other hotel in the area has 1. And the second thing i always had to leave before breakfast to go to work. I was just informed this last time by an older gentleman
that worked there checking people in that there are some breakfast items that are available for people that leave early to go to work. Most hotels have a dinning area that you can go into at anytime there stuff is covered up by pull down shades.

The hotel was newer and clean. It was 15 min away from silver beach and we didn’t mind the drive. Rooms were nice and new but on the smaller side. Overall a good experience. If I had to pick on something is how they provide you free breakfast , lemonade etc but there is no drinking water provided except for a fountain at the gym.

We have stayed at a few Tru by Hilton hotels and have never had a single negative thing to say. We always get just what we need and always enjoy the friendly staff greetings. The breakfast is always good. Coffee is always provided all day and that is a bonus!
Room and bathroom was very clean. Ac and Mini fridge seem to be a little loud when clicked on but what hotel isn't.

I would stay here again. It was simple, and clean. I like that the hotel rooms had hard floors and no carpet, especially since learning dogs are allowed. No one was at front desk to greet me for quite some time. It was not a great first impression.

We never stayed at a Tru hotel. We were pleasantly surprised! Loved the shower and the soap and shampoo dispensers! The only thing I did not like was the pool area was not clean to my standards. There was hair built up and that just grosses me out. Really we were there for Silver Beach just thought we would try the pool out! Also the pool water was cold!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I had a top floor room with a lovely natural view of trees and birds. It was quiet and peaceful. A full breakfast was served buffet style every morning to be eaten inside or on the enclosed outdoor patio. Convenient to the city of

I’ve stayed the last 3 years at Tru by Hilton Saint Joseph in July for a sister’s vacation. We love the atmosphere and comfort of the hotel and a quick 10 minute drive to St. Joe’s and our favorite beach in Bridgman, Weko beach.

Very clean and quiet. Great continental breakfast. Only thing i suggest is changing whatever they use to mop the floors. I seen the staff mopping but my kids feet still turned black feom the floor. Other then that our stay was great and would definitely use this hotel again.

I think the only thing I didn't care for were the carts for your luggage. They were a pain in the butt. Staff was very nice, it was a very clean hotel, had hot water, the rooms air conditioner worked, the beds were comfortable.

This is easily a five star property (for the price and the category it belongs) but why 3 starts?
1. We were given a room where the deadbolt didn’t work. Upon complaining they promptly moved us into a different room on same floor and handed the keys. But the deadbolt didn’t work in the second room either. We were offered possibility of a discount, which we declined and simply asked for a room with basic things working. We were then offered another room where the deadbolt worked.
2. Meanwhile the soap dispenser near sink in the first room was empty. And in the third room the shower soap dispenser was empty. We didn’t feel like complaining anymore because we felt slightly embarrassed. The staff was really polite and nice.

Pretty good one night stay. Newer hotel. Rooms were on the smaller side but clean. Pool table was a nice touch. Only downside was being so close to the interstate. Walls were thin and it was super loud. You may be okay if you get a room on the backside of the hotel.
