Service and staff were amazing! Well maintained aged accommodation. Bust water pipe on the last day meant a shorter shower, however, staff were understanding about leave time due to this. Would highly recommend and would stay again :D

Nice and quiet clean and tidy frendly staff

Excellent value for money, great location, will definitely be back next time I need to visit the south west. The showers are a dream, high pressure, plenty of hot water, and the facilities were immaculate. Ladies at the front counter were super friendly and helpful.

The holiday houses are a fantastic option for a family event - able to book individual accom that is literally steps away from each other.

Was overall just a beautiful park to stay at and the staff at reception were absolutely lovely online made a mistake booking the wrong dates and they managed to talk me through sorting it all out and we had a wonderful stay only problem we didn’t stay long enough haha

Very nice cabin although no public transport or ride share around. Ensure you have own transport. Highly recommended for a getaway from city life but still near the city.

Great place to stay if visiting Serpentine NP.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin, the sofa was full of stains, the floors were very dirty as we walked on them without shoes on and our feet were black. Blind leading out to balcony area was hard to open. No toilet paper on arrival had to ask for some. Pool was very dirty, had lots of bits floating in the water. Air-conditioning was in main living area but not in bedrooms so very hot at night. We were there in January. The main bed was comfortable but the second rooms bed was very cheap and not that comfortable. They also expect you to take the rubbish out to the big green bins prior to departure which is a first for us. Disappointed as we have stayed at other Tasman holiday parks and they have been awesome. Will not stay again!

The residents at the property where horrible, complaining about anything and everything. Were told visitors were no permitted after they arrived, when the information sheet states visitors are permitted until 8pm and must check in at reception, the reception changed there opinion of this when challenged with there own paperwork. The residents then complained that our children in the pool were splashing and diving in the pool, however they were the only people in the pool and the residents were walking past. The staff then came out and said that they have already permitted our visitors and we should not be using the amenities in this way. The management of this park is a joke, i feel sorry for the poor reception employee, having to deal with these people on the daily. Note to Management, pull these few residents into line otherwise people will not visit your park!!

Clean, heaps of space a nice little getaway

Property is clean and well kept. Only negative comment is from an eco perspective, almost all of the taps in the ablutions couldn't be turned off fully. TV in the cabin was not working.

Modern, clean villa with ample amenities and welcoming staff. No WIFI or places to eat, but still an enjoyable stay. Would recommend for a “home base” while exploring the surrounding area.

Entire park was beautifully maintained. Accomodation was spotless. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Just exceptional, clean, staff are lovely and it’s like a home away from home, amazing facilities and the bed was extremely comfortable 5 stars and returning again :)

Best place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Perth City. The prices are quite pocket-friendly Try it, and you'll keep going back.

A very clean propert. Felt like I was much further away in Perth but it was only 50 minutes away.

Cabin was clean, neat and comfortable. Had everything we needed.

It was good stay especially for taking Serpentine Falls and Dam and Jarrahdale areas. The bed should have been QS. Noisy a bit due to near high traffic road out side the unit during early night and morning for unit No 81.
