If you're looking for a hotel close to the concert venues Reverb is well located. Its very modern, hardlined, minimalistic decor wasn't to our liking. The motion detector lighting under the beds was annoying, the elevators took an inordinate amount of time and often 1 or 2 of the 3 weren't functioning at all. The beds were comfortable. Service ok.

Staff was amazing. The only drawback was the beds. Very low to the ground and although quite stylish not the most comfortable. Parking is 45 a night which is standard.

Unfortunately I signed up to pay for early registration but the room wasn’t ready when I got there. When it came time for regular check in I was sent up to a room that had a maintenance man in it fixing something. We had to go back down to registration to get another room. It was a little frustrating but enjoyed the stay anyways.

It was a great 24 hour trip at the champions classic. Had a fabulous stay and it was so close to the stadium. The staff was friendly and I loved the 24 hour self service of snacks. Genius.

It was lit definitely coming back

We came in for a concert. The check in time said 3p.m. and we got there around 3:15. When checking in we were told there were no rooms clean due to the small number of housekeepers they had and the amount of guests that left that morning. Ok, I understand, and I was ok with waiting for a little bit. We were told it could be until 5 before a room was ready. Still.. that was frustrating, but it was ok. As we waiting for 5, other guests came in and got a room right away. When 5 hit, I went up and asked if they had an ETA and the employee said it could be 30-45 minutes, but they couldn't promise that. I had to ask about a discount or food voucher, and she gave us a breakfast voucher. We finally got a room around 6p.m., and the room was very nice and clean. View was nice, bed was comfortable. My daughter and I went down for breakfast the next morning, and while the employee was nice, she was trying to get our order to $30 (amount of the voucher), then when we checked out I saw that they charged $5 more for the tax, after she got it to $30. Nice hotel, but will not stay there again. The communication was not great at all. I feel they should have comped either parking, all of breakfast or given a discount for the 3 hours we didn't have a room that we had paid for. I'm glad we didn't have anything super time sensitive to get to.

Property was selected due to proximity to stadium. Was ok but definitely needed some TLC. Some features in the room do not work and there was a huge hole in the carpet. The staff could not have been better. They were awesome

Big room, nice and clean and a good bed. There was a lot of street noise. None of the bed lights worked, which was kinda annoying. Pretty far from city center.

Everything was great!

The staff & parking attendant were very helpful when we got there. They explained where everything was. It was very clean and nice. Right next to Mercedes Benz & 1/2 mile from State Farm Arena. Didn't have any issues and would stay again!

It was a great stay, very clean, modern style. I just didn’t like how it’s $38 a night for parking at a hotel I’m already paying to stay at.. but it’s Atlanta, so what did I expect lol

Very clean and welcoming. Stayed several times but based on just the last two I would never stay here again without bringing my own pillow. They are very flat and one had dried blood on it. The rooftop bar is awesome but may not be for everyone. If your looking to get sleep while staying here request room on the other side of the hotel.

Reverb is an amazing hotel! It is directly across from the Mercedes Benz and a 5 minute walk from State Farm Arena. We were welcomed in to the hotel with a birthday shot (thank you), great music and our room was lit with lights and the music going when we arrived. We loved the vibe of the lobby and looked forward to the Roof Top bar to finish out our night, but were disappointed that the bar and rooftop bar were closed when we got back to the hotel around midnight. But the hotel itself, the staff, cleanliness were amazing.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and very accommodating. The hairdryer kept tripping the power in the bathroom. We called two days in a row. They said they were having someone come the day we were checking out. I’m sure it’s been resolved.

I was very excited about staying at this hotel, but it didn't live up to expectations. The room (and alternatives offered as replacement) smelled of drainage. The wooden bed base had bug casing and lavae on close inspection using my mobile phone torch. When I opened a clean hotel face cloth in the bathroom, a dead bug or lavae was inside. I moved to a cheaper hotel and had a much better experience.

Staff and property environments were great! Convenience to things around was on point. Will definitely be back.

Clean room, nice aesthetics, I asked for more towels in the evening because they weren’t in the amenity closet, the young lady at the front desk asked me if I could come get them, but I was already undressed for a shower, so I said, no, she said she would bring them up 10 to 20 minutes, and the towels never arrived.

This was a great experience. It always is. The location is everything. The ease of check-in and snack purchases is impressive. There was live entertainment in the lobby, which added to the overall experience. It is within walking distance of the Mercedes-Benz stadium, which is incredible. The staff were responsive and courteous. The drinks and food were also fantastic. I will stay here again. My son plays for Georgia Tech, so this location is only minutes away from Bobby Dodd Stadium and within a reasonable distance from the airport.

Check in at the Bar, was very loud and busy. Room was nice, but too clod. AC would not go above 75. Food seemed a little high, $61 for two cups of beer and some wings (no fries). Staff was very nice

We had a great stay. Hotel is nice and clean. It’s decorated fun and different. Staff was very kind and helpful. The only two things I would have liked more if the water in the shower was hotter and because I’m not tech savvy, I had issues with the TV… but over all, I will always stay there when I go to ATL!

Went to shower there was no warm water. Called multiple times to the front no answer. Brought the matter up to the front desk, she said tech would be on the way, tech never came tries calling multiple times again to front desk no answer.

Property was clean & exactly like the pictures provided I will definitely be booking here next time I’m in Atlanta.

We absolutely LOVED this location and this hotel. The only complaints that we had were room specific. The fridge in our room didn’t work at all and the front desk girl acted like that wasn’t a problem. Otherwise everything was phenomenal. We will likely stay again here!

Excellent place to stay if you’re attending a sporting event.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I came in town for a game at Mercedes Benz and all the reviews said this was the best place to stay, I couldn’t agree more. The convenience and accessibility was amazing. We checked out of the hotel prior to going to the game but I loved the option of being able to leave my car parked at the hotel & not have to find parking elsewhere even though my stay was technically over. It’s a very nice, fresh and modern hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and smelled amazing when we checked in. The hotel has great views of the city. The bed was pretty comfortable but it’s lower than I prefer. I wish it was a little higher. If you have back problems you may not care for this part. That’s my only complaint and it wasn’t a big disappointment. I was under the impression that the rooftop is more lively and that it’s a DJ there but it wasn’t, and we stayed on a Saturday night. That was a little disappointing but it was a DJ in the lobby on Sunday after the game. It was basically an after party! Really cool vibe!
