The bathroom floor was so dirty, after getting out of the shower, there was literally mud in the floor. The tiles had so much dirt caked into the grout lines and little grooves in the tile, once they got some water on them and you walk around mud was mixing under our feet.

Our bed had stains all over the comforter and sheets too. Shower floor was stained and much of the carpet throughout the bedroom and hallway had large stains too. We were showed a second room and had the same problems.
Parking lot felt unsafe (poorly lit). We saw someone stagger across the parking lot from the restaurant/bar next door and then collapse on the hotel walkway.

She was NOT pleasant and got very defensive and rude for no reason so I apologized for what I may have done for her to react that negatively towards my little girl and me then told her I loved her. Never again!

Could not use either of the pop machines. Went to the front desk and told the guy that the pop machines weren’t working. His reply was
“That’s weird”. So had to wait until they served breakfast to be able to get anything at all to drink. It was late so nothing close was open

Our room smelled like smoke and when i called the front desk to let them know so I didnt get charged a fee they told me they had to kick someone out the night before for smoking in that room....why then did they put me in that room with only 5 cars in the parking lot!

Never got the tv to work by directions left in room. Also, shower drain would not let water go down kind of nasty standing in your dirty water, beds were ok

Room was clean. Water was hot. Not the greatest breakfast, but okay. No bagels or even toast. Did have the obligitory waffle iron. But Im not into them.
This is a perfectly fine hotel for a mights stay.

Was definitely not worth the money , but if wanted convenience to the hospital it was perfect but wouldn’t recommended it I would take a better place for the money and drive the extra few miles , the Breakfast consisted of waffles , yogurt , boil eggs and muffins

This hotel was ok for an inexpensive overnight stay. About 5 minute drive from the Ford Center. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy but the hotel was ok. I wouldn’t want to stay a week there but met our need for the night! I would stay again.

First they gave a room that was awful smoking stinky and the door looked was broken. I had to go back to the lobby to asked them for another room. And after that the new room was great!

We liked how close it was to our venue which was Ford center. Check in was extremely easy. There was a lot of floor space in our room and since it was four of us that was definitely a plus. My biggest complaint was that the internet was not very strong and we had a lot of trouble getting internet connections and keeping them.

The TV listed a bunch of channels; FEW worked. Logan, the desk guy was a great help... but for three trips to get the TV to work! Then the only stations that came worked made The Beverly Hillbillies top of the heap compared to the other useless stuff. At 86 yrs, after a long day on the road, I needed to unwide and just look at my favorite station. WOn't stay at your joints again.

Nice hotel for the price, good location close to everything. Only downside was the shower no water pressure so just dripped out. So not able to take one. But overall was a nice hotel for the weekend stay.

The first night there was weather in the area so people were making noise (understandable). The 2nd night there was a dog crying and barking (in a no-pet facility) and the hotel claimed they were unable to do anything. The third night people running up and down the halls yelling and screamin

The hotel was far from being booked when we made our reservation yet they put us on the ground leve, in a room directly across from an exit. To make matters worse, we shared a wall with a crying baby. The family in that room were up all night and very loud. We barely got any sleep. We will never stay there again.

Definitely tried to update the facility but not as clean as I thought!! Stain on bed spread, floors filthy, thin walls, coffee make did NOT work in room!

I wasn't even in the room 10 minutes and saw several bugs. i left this place and will not return. The guy at the desk acted like the bugs weren't real when I showed him pictures.

Positives. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Located close to the Ford Center. Parking available close to room.
Negatives. TV didn't work. Had to jiggle the toilet tank to refill. Smell horrendous (butts up to a Mexican restaurant). Continental breakfast very limited. No hot items. Coffee maker in room did not work. Water pressure super weak.

The rooms were dirty!!!! The cloth headboard had tons of cuts and holes, there was a roach crawling on the door, there were streaks of some kind of liquid on the walls in the bathroom by the trash can, the trim around the doors were very dirty and the coffee maker had stale water with stuff floating! Overall, there are too many things to mention about the cleanliness! I will never stay there again!!!!
