There was no coffee available in the morning before 6:30 am, in the lobby. I do not trust cleanliness of the room Kurig machines.

Do not stay here if you both the breakfast included on Expedia. They do not honor it. Tgey only give you up to $12 / rm EVEN if you paid $20. They are severly understaffed and you can tell there was a lot if turn over because the cook did not show up the first mornibg on a Saturday and they wete training two people. The staff were very rude and annoyed at the slightest ask. I hear someone ask for towels and they snapped at them no. Sme asked for toothpaste and anither desk person said CVS was across the street. The place is clean but the showers don't have doors or curtains like the other Coutryards do, and as a result areas are starting to rust even though it must have been updated relatively soon.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfy. We were well rested. The staff was also very personable.

Overall a very modern clean hotel. Loved the layout of the king room. The tv even a personalized greeting for us. Highly recommend! Only had a couple small issues. 1) The shower is an open concept, sprayed water all over the place and the shower floor was very slippery. Nearly wiped out twice. 2) I was travelling for work with my boss. I made the reservations thru expedia. I got a confirmation and a couple minutes later a problem with payment email. I promptly called the hotel to confirm. The manager made a seperate reservation that promised would get cancelled when expedia flowed thru. That never happened. Thankfully I didnt get a cancellation fee. 3) The charges for both rooms were to be put on my bosses credit card. They only did one not both. Anyways all minor but kept the review from being excellent.

Made reservation 5 months in advance for king bed. At check-in was told all king rooms were booked to BonVoy members (turns out this might not have been true) and instead was given a room with 2 queen beds. The second night, at 3:00 in the morning, the ceiling in the bathroom began leaking profusely (to their credit the night manager quickly transferred us to another queen suite). After arriving home, while reviewing my credit card account, found out they charged for the room even though it was prepaid through Expedia so had to call the hotel to get the charge reversed (they assured the error was theirs).

Room was not cleaned or towels replaced. Front desk then lied to us about a policy change. No Soap found in room during check-in. Tissue box in bathroom was soak in water but did not realize for a while. Front desk did nothing to compensate for poor experience.

The parking lot was layered with snow and ice and was very slippery to walk in and could have been plowed and salted for safety measures

I was amazed that Marriot still doesn't routinely clean your room. I was amazed that they couldn't serve a complimentary breakfast. I was amazed that even coffee in the morning wasn't adequate. No creamers to speak of, the teas were empty almost completely. For 300 a night you'd expect something more than a bar of soap. Time to go back to Rent Like A Champion. Sad!

Close to where we wanted to eat and off the freeway. No amenities to speak of. There was no breakfast and all the coffee pots were empty in the morning. Staff seemed oblivious to it or just didn’t care as they could easily see people trying and failing to get coffee in the morning.

Did not like the high price with nio breakfast and the handicap room really wasn't set up for a disabled person no grab bars by the toleit and not really a shower to shower a disabled person.overall a bit diappointing for the price we paid

Decent room, but the room wasn't ready over an hour after check in time, and there wasn't enough parking so I had to park at an adjacent hotel in the pouring rain. Way overpriced.

Other than there only being one person on staff and having to wait for a person to come to the desk, the service was great.

The staff booked us into a room with another family in it. Then barely comped us for the inconveniences. Upon checkout they checked me out as someone else and gave me all that persons info on what they thought was my receipt. Staff had no clue what was going on the whole trip. Total disaster and will not be using them again.

The property was fine by most measures, but the fire alarm went off just before 2AM early Saturday morning, ringing on and off for an hour. There was no fire, only a guest lighting up a cigarette in his/her room. This incident could have been handled swiftly (and severely, one would expect). Instead, it dragged on for an hour. Completely ruined my gameday experience at ND 10 hours later.

Quick in and out stay. The room is very spacious so lots of room! Dual TV's was a bonus! Room was clean. Only issue was there was no plastic bag for the ice container. I brought my own so no big deal for me. Check-in and out was quick and courteous.

One of the cleanest and nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend if you’re in Elkhart.
