My family and I enjoyed this hotel. It was comfortable and clean, the included breakfast was enjoyable. My daughter enjoyed working out in the small gym. It was a short drive to DisneyLand!

We were a family of 5 but had no water glasses, no soap in the bathroom and 2 coffee cups. They said we had to ask for any water cups! Never heard of that.
The room was great for us and clean but the basic amenities were non existent..

Nice new, clean comfortable hotel. We had a suite with full kitchen and sitting area. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a king suite and we liked the layout. Easy walk into the shower. Had pullout couch to watch tv instead of watching in the bed. The only thing we didn't like was an extra charge to park of $15 per day. There was no need for this except for them to make money.

Very few years NEW hotel! The co-workers did the highest standard cleaning job, amazing! The location is very convenient too ! Very clean, I love it! Thanks for the great service team! We live there 8 nights! Hopefully there will be some discounts next trip ☺️☺️☺️

We had to ask the front desk 3 times to tell the people above us to be quiet. After 4 hrs of them stomping around and jumping off furniture we went down to the lobby to ask to be moved. It was the worst first night!!

Very very disappointed that the hot tub was not hot. We asked the front desk several times to see why it wasn’t heating. Nothing was done and it didn’t seem like the staff was concerned with it. My daughter was in a soccer tournament and we usually use the spa as an aid in recovering from the day. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

I had the worst experience in this hotel, very rude management and very unfortunate staff working with the breakfast buffet . Don’t be fool with all those reviews. The worst experience I really had coming down to this free buffet not even worth it. Look for warehouse.

Service was amazing huge shout out to Isaih he completely went out of his way customer service wise. Room was clean and we were able to check in early! The rest of the crew was super nice as well!

Only one service elevator for guests - VERY INCONVENIENT!. Kids above our room very noisy late at night. I called front desk and DID NOTHING!!

Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast but it is only served for 3 hrs. 2 elevators for this big property, one was out of service for more than a week. During my stay I did not received room service. I had to find a housekeeper to get clean towels, soap, toilet paper and trash bags and throw the trash. Parking is not free $15 per day.

Planned to stay here for my girlfriend's birthday..Got in the property and it was a swift check in. Only one elevator was working during the weekend and that's the only con. The room had a full fridge/freezer and an electric stove. Then the complimentary breakfast was satisfying. I would definitely stay here again when exploring the OC area.

Fairly nice hotel. We were there on a particularly busy day so a little noisy. The only complaint I had here was the air conditioning never got very cold. Had it set to 68 but never got below 72 according to the thermostat. It may just be that way to save on air conditioning but I don’t sleep well when hot so I would not stay here again for this reason alone.

It was my first time staying in a suite hotel and i loved every moment of it but what I didn’t like was that i had to pay parking for each stay and i was sure that the parking was included but it was not and didn’t like to pay double for parking, for hotel and parking for beach, i just wish the parking was included and it would have been a better stay other than that I enjoy my stay and look forward to another family trip!

I got to the hotel at 9am. Explained the situation that we drove 6 hours and had to go to a funeral. I had my 5 year old son who was tired as well. They made me do early checkin but my room wasn't available until the normal 3pm check in time. From 9am to 3pm we were waiting.
Also requested room to be cleaned n clean towels put in. We were gone for 8 hours. Came back and room was not cleaned.
