Amazing! We got the 2 bedroom suite and was amazed at how perfect and comfortable everything was. Definitely worth the money!

The hotel and staff were great. The issue that we had was because Hotels.com didn't inform us the hotel had a pet fee that was over $100. Because the room was non-refundable, we had to pay the pet fee and stay there rather than finding another pet-friendly hotel with no such fee to stay at instead. I was very disappointed as this was not mentioned anywhere while looking on Hotels.com. I will likely be using a different service to find my hotel rooms from now on.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was so soft and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast options were great. They had many things to choose from. My daughter and I had a great stay and will definitely stay again.

Tired property in the affluent Woodlands market which desperately needs renovation. Poorly maintained and appears that some renovation is being planned as there was construction debris and non functional outside parking lot lights. Avoid.

Not much to look at from the outside but the inside was extremely nice as well as clean. The hosts on duty were nice and the breakfast was satisfying. I loved how the room we chose felt like a mini apartment. The bedroom itself was separated by door from the common areas of the room. The price was reasonable for what we chose. I almost didn’t want to leave. It was clean, cozy and convenient due to there being a full sized fridge, dishes, a sink and a stove top. I’d stay here again no doubt.
