This was a family weekend away and our 1st visit to Ocean Manor. The check in clerk was very welcoming and informative. We were pleasantly surprised by our apartment, it was much larger than expected and the hotel location is close to the boardwalk, downtown, and mini golf. We really enjoyed the fireworks view from our balcony. We were also surprised to find out there was a pool onsite and it was still open and heated. We had a fun filled weekend and we are thankful to have discovered this Gem of a hotel in an amazing location in Ocean City. We will visit again.

Parking was horrible for being a truck owner. The room was clean but not sure what kind of cleaner was used because the room smelled awful, had to open the window and door to try and air the room out. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay

Good stay & great location. Staff very helpful & friendly. The pool was relaxing however it’s located across street in their other building alone with parking.

Everything was amazing. The only thing I would recommend to improve is aquire a steadier wifi internet connection.

Loved the nice big porch! To sit and people watch and relax! Had coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the afternoon ! Very enjoyable !

Nice location, easy walk to the beach. Clean rooms. Staff/Owners were not overly kind or welcoming. Beds are hard.

Wanted to surprise our kids and have a quick weekend away before school starts. Only did two nights so we had a basic room w/ 2 beds. We brought some sodas and juice boxes which fit perfect in the mini fridge. Also ate lunch out so leftovers fit in fridge as well. The kids loved the pool(even though it was a little cold). We did arrive a little early and surprisingly when I had gone to the office our room was already ready so we were able to park our car and bring our bags in before walking around. Definitely wouldn't mind checking out some of the other rooms that are offered on the property. When I booked I noticed some apartment style rooms and a cottage.

The bed were uncomfortable and you could there were some thin walls but in all it was a very nice place to stay

Our room was in the cottage. It was the perfect size for a couple. It is one block off the boardwalk; the location was amazing for us. The pool was a nice option to have if you didn't want to hit the beach. We would go back again.

Amazing value, great location, and friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be booking this place again. It’s only about a block to the beach and boardwalk, with pretty much everything you need within walking distance. The rooms are nicely decorated as well, ours didn’t have a balcony attached but there was a balcony and dining area available for public use.

Besides one of the hotel staff accidentally giving my room away, Which she very politely and quickly corrected the error. We had a great time! And would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Don’t know about the other suites But mine had two full bathrooms. That helped a lot after a long beach day.

Exterior, lobby, and elevator were neat and orderly. Housekeeping was thorough. In our room and corridor the furnishings, HVAC, electrical, and paint needed to be updated. Pool filtration system didn’t appear to be functioning. The refuse area adjacent to parking was oddly using dozens of cans.

Had an amazing stay in oc nj. I go every year and feel like I've stayed at so many hotels. As far as cost and convenience I love oc manor. Have stayed in the past and it was noticed this year they have made updates to their rooms that were very nice. If you're looking for upgraded beds and amenities you will pay at least 250 a night more at other hotels and they just don't seem worth it . Happy with are stay . Thanks to all the staff who were always so helpful. Will defiantly stay here again .

This hotel was fine for the few days that we stayed. I wouldn’t recommend a long term stay there. We stayed in one of their apartment rooms. It was spacious and it was nice to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. I personally didn’t feel like things were that clean. There were spots on the couch and sheets just looked worn with pulls and dark spots. Also, it was extremely loud. We could hear basically every movement that was made all around us- above us, beside us and outside. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was a nice size and well kept.

First time staying here and i was very impressed. Staff was extremely welcoming and our room was clean and exactly what we needed. Located one block from the boardwalk made it a nice, no car needed week away. Highly recommend, we will be coming back next year!

The staff at Ocean Manor is great as is the location. You could stay for days and never move your car. Rooms are nice. We’ve been there many times over the last several years and always return.

Easily walkable to the Beach and Boardwalk where food, entertainment and shopping options abounded. Friendly and helpful check-in staff. Comfortable beds. Felt safe and was quiet even though it was handy to the sidewalk.
