Great place to stay

Bathroom wasn’t working. Service had to be called repeatedly. Had to downgrade to a smaller room as they only had two large suites of our size. We were told to contact the third party for any changes or reimbursement. Disappointed for the service.

Very quiet, comfortable hotel. Worked well for our family. Pool was a little small would be overcrowded with a 4 people or so.

We stayed at this hotel to attend The Rolling Stones concert at Cleveland Browns Stadium. The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate and is a short drive to most attractions . There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it is in a safe area. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were polite, friendly and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The entire hotel was very clean! I will use this property again! Thanks staff for your hard work and attention.

My family really enjoyed our stay . We highly recommend for anyone visiting the Cleveland area. This location is very close to all of the beaches and attractions .

Unfortunately after a 2am arrival at CLE from long day of travel this stay left a lot to be desired in a time where I needed about the opposite experience. I would’ve been better off at a motel 6 but too bad I paid 3x that. First of all, the ax unit was under construction and old school unit in photo did work but was extremely alarmingly loud. I didn’t have any large bath towels and when I called the front desk twice they didn’t answer. 2 people were standing outside main entrance talking at 3am. Noise of train track nearby didn’t help. I am puzzled at the deceptive 10/10 rating because this is UNLIKE any other Fairfield Inn I’ve stayed at. I contacted hotels.con customer service and am awaiting my requested refund. After 7 business days if no resolution I’ll be disputing with my bank.

Comfortable, convenient stay in the midle of a long road trip

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. It is next to a train track which you can hear the slight rattle of trains if the go by. Was not a deal breaker. The hotel is next to a great restaurant and lots of shopping.

Location was favorable for this trip. Room was very clean and bed was quite comfortable.

I must say, I know you are trying your best to offer the most confortable stay, however, in my opinion, pillows are horrible, everytime I stay in a Marriot hotel I ended up with headaches because the pillow; even though they are feather pillows, they compress to the point they are not confortable anymore.

My family stayed at this hotel while visiting Cleveland for The Final Four. It was clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was wonderful! We would stay again!

Great Location and Friendly staff.

It was very quiet; very small pool & no Jacuzzi; mattress on the pullout couch was not comfortable. The breakfast was nice & the hostess very friendly.

Stayed 2 nights breakfast was well stocked and had just enough variety each day

We stay here whenever we have a competition in the area. Friendly staff, good rooms and plenty of dining options close by.

This hotel and staff were phenomenal! Restaurants, stores,and access to highway were spot on. Couldn’t have picked a better hotel. I chose this one based off of reviews and they did not disappoint!
