The staff was very helpful. I did it encounter any issues. The room was clean.

We took a short trip to go to the Guardians ACLS game. Amazing experience, very convenient.

So I would have given it a 5, but one thing that I definitely did not like was the sensor / timer light switches in the bathroom! The problem is that the sensor does NOT pick you up in the shower, so after about 2 minutes I had to finish my shower in the dark. I get it, your trying to avoid people leaving the light on, and save on electricity, but really?

Room was not very clean. Bathroom especially. Hair clumps on the floor when we got there. The main issue was the bathroom door. They installed barn doors but the door did not close all the way to the bathroom, it left a 3 in gap so you were essentially exposed AND the door would not actually stay closed. It just rolled open. When I told the front desk they just commented that they were all like that.....having a bathroom door that closes is an essential need when paying 200 a night for a room.

Good restaurants within walking distance. Clean and well kept facilities. Great service! We left something behind and they were exceptional in helping us get it back.

I absolutely loved this room for its cleanliness, comfort, & amenities. TV was big, room temperature was easily adjustable, and the bed was amazing. I would stay here again and again. I strongly recommend as a location minutes from the airport rental car.

Was not told i had to have 50 dollar hild on my card to stay booked got there and had to cancel due too that... shouldnt jave to have a charge unless something is wrong with your room. We were 4 hrs from home and have to cancel 😑 ridiculous really

Great hotel to stay in while visiting Cleveland. Close to downtown. Great places to eat around hotel. Shopping too! Baked cookies in afternoon. Indoor pool and hot tub was great to have after walking all day.

Pool / Hot tub nice But Housekeeping sucked No service day 1 We had to retrieve our own towels Day 2 we got towels but beds not made Then on checkout day like a vulture waiting for us to leave. Breakfast VERY LACKING first two days, but day 3 was most pleased plenty of food, even with some Glutton fellow traveler who filled an entire plate with kielbasa, leaving 6 pieces for the rest of us

Property was very clean. Rooms were very comfortable, quiet and updated. Free breakfast had a great variety of food and was very good. Location was conveniently located for our family visit to the Cleveland Zoo. We would definitely stay here again. Great value.
