Great service with the minimal effort, but enough care and support by the reception staff and those at the cafe area.
The cafe at the lobby was open till midnight (24:00) and more than enough to spend time with anyone staying here or from outside, comfortably, with a cup of coffee or tea or water.
Smoking room was a plus as it prevented many from smoking right outside the door or in front of the hotel.

Room was good but breakfast was ridiculous. Your kitchen delivered six small pieces of kiwi each time, when it was full house, why¿ every dish was in small portion, and there were only two servers, so dishes were always empty and refill was slow. and I felt like I was in some refugee camp with limited food.

Beautiful lobby and dining area, modern, and seating area was great. Room was spotless, excellent use of space. Bed, sheets, and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Great toiletries. Excellent coffee and latte machine. Ice cream sundaes in the evening was a nice touch. The daytime staff were nice and were very polite. Seriously the best hotel in Kobe.

Pretty basic business hotel, small rooms, one treadmill gym, few amenities but a decent price for a clean room in a good location.

The room was clean and had a calm atmosphere. The staff were friendly and provided attentive service. It was nice to be able to choose the amenities, and having an ironing room was helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Being right in front of Don Quijote made shopping convenient, and there were plenty of restaurants around offering many dining choices. It was unfortunate that I was woken up in the early morning by some young people shouting in the street outside, but overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The coffee machine availability till midnight was much appreciated and the free ice cream between 8 - 10 pm was awesome.

I love the treats that the lobby offers. During our stay they had free ice cream at night and DJ music event at the lobby. The rooms are bigger too. It's about 10min walk to the nearest train station. It's very close to the best Kobe beef you can get in the city.

A nice property in the Sannomiya Station area with lots of dining and shopping options within a few blocks. A short walk to Ikuta Shrine and Sorakuen Park. The lounge area is nice but a negative is that you have to reserve or prepay for breakfast with your reservation. Upon arrival we were told that we could not eat breakfast in the lounge as they were all booked up. I have never experienced this at a hotel so it would have been good to know going in. Otherwise, a nice clean property with comfortable rooms.

The property was within walking distance of train stations, entertainment and tons of food options. The only thing I will do in the future is update to a larger room. This place is an excellent choice and staff are 15 out of 10!

Great hotel, deserve every star! Location is excellent, walkable to most major sites, few minutes to JR and Keihan SANNOMIYA station, free coffee and tea through out the day, good breakfast, very clean room we totally recommend it!
