I was very optimistic about this hotel's ratings but unfortunately it didn't live up to that. I asked for a quiet room but the freeway noise was very high and bothered me all night. While the hotel has some nice amenities, we didn't feel that they offset the deficits. I would not stay here again. I do not recommend this hotel unless you have no other choice.

Breakfast had zero protein options. None. All carbs and sugar. Breads... That could improve. Also, no plates for what they did offer. Really? Grandma is carrying two bagels and trying to balance coffee...

I ask for a wake up call, never received. Went to lobby at 4:45 am hoping for a cup of coffee no container, asked desk gal if there was any coffee available, even if I had to drive it. Responded that maybe something available by driving 10 minutes west. I read my book and smelt coffee perking by 5:30. Coffee finally appeared at 6:05. Very poor Continental breakfast. The only comment offered when had mentioned I get up early so I don't disturb my wife was, if I was looking for a quiet motel, this wasn't it. Very sad to see such a disturbed clerk when I actually wasn't upset with the room or stay. Not the customer friendly.

We have stayed at the Silver Inn twice. Each time, the rooms were scrupulously clean, and the staff was always very professional. The best value in this region of ID.

Cute little hotel just off the highway. Clean, cozy and near restaurants and gas stations. I wish we were coming there to stay a few days to enjoy the area.

The room was perfect clean comfortable had everything we needed! And the staff was friendly.

My house had an emergency the night before…so we asked if we could check in early by 2 hours to shower before our event. We were rudely denied and the front in person was very rude and short with me! She also wouldn’t let my husband check in because it was in my name. But she let my mom and stepdad check in when it was in my name and they have a different last name that I do makes no sense! It was old dirty, and definitely need some upgrades.!!

This is an older hotel, but it was very clean and the location was good for our trip into Montana. We were on the freeway side and I should have booked the other side even though we didn't want two beds in the room, because I didn't sleep much.

Definitely a lower priced average stay. No frills but adequate. Room was clean and had a new tub/shower insert. No hair blower in room - have to get from ftont desk. Located next to highway so was a little noisy.

Clean and comfortable

The place was older but clean, pretty quiet, and easy accessible. The A/C worked really well but the room seemed a little humid.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is older, but very well maintained. Nice selection of grab and go items for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

We just found there was thin walls as we could hear almost everything beside and above us. Staff very helpful and friendly
