This is my second time coming to this hotel for a business trip. Love how clean and the place is. Great bathroom with roomy shower. Location is safe and extremely convenient and close to stores and highway.

The most spacious hotel room I have ever been in. Comfortably slept two adults and 4 kids between two queen beds and a pullout sofa bed, with lots of room for bags. Even with the sofa bed out it wasn’t crowded. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room was a nice touch. I wish we had stayed longer. Lobby was attractive and clean and pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. Complimentary breakfast as well!

Most everything was fine but I was disappointed that the window had no curtains, only a privacy blind. The light from outside left me less than relaxed and interfered with my sleep.

It was just a short stay but the room was huge and it was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Traveling with 5 kids isn’t easy, but stopping here really helps everyone unwind. It’s clean, safe, roomy and worth the stop. This is actually our second stop here. And Billy at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind! Highly recommend!!

I couldn't name one negative thing from our stay. All the staff were very friendly. We had an awesome view of cows at pasture. The room was immaculate as well as the rest of the property. The complimentary breakfast had anything you would need.

Best part was how clean it was and the attentiveness of the staff especially at breakfast I saw them cleaning often, and breakfast options were plentiful. An automatic pancake maker was a pleasant surprise!

The lady we had a check in was fantastic! Supper friendly and welcoming to the building. Answered questions about the area.
Our check out day- We asked for an hour later for check out and was told they didn’t have enough people checking out and late check outs are for members only. Also house keeping you be upset if we didn’t leave on time.

We travel back and forth on this route often and find this hotel to be a convenient stopping point for an overnight stay. It is conveniently located just off the highway but noise from the highway is not an issue. It is clean, safe, and the staff has always been helpful. We have been traveling a lot recently and have found that when we use Expedia, we have not been getting the nicest rooms. Our room was located next to the elevator shaft so we could hear some noise if the elevator was moving.

Nearly new property, spacious room, clean. Accessible from i81 in a new commercial area, but quiet and Breakfast room has view of a pasture and old barn. Good breakfast and good selection of restaurants in town and both abingdon i81 exits. Abingdon is super nice compared to bristol and other decaying towns. The Virginia creeper trail that starts about a mile away was a easant surprise

Abingdon was a great stop on our way to Gatlinburg. The hotel was modern and clean. The room was comfortable and spacious. It was right off the interstate with plenty of food options, gas and even a car wash next door.
