Ozlem went above and beyond to help us plan a trip to Derinkuyu, the underground city. We had no idea how to get there. Ozlem and her cohort Ozguir handled booking our bus tickets and giving us all the details we needed. Ozlem especially was so lovely and personable. I would highly recommend staying here!

The location was convenient and easy access to city center. There wan’t ant non-smoking room available and the room smelled like cigarettes.

I was satisfied with my one week stay. The hotel personnel were approachable. The location was great. Malls, restaurants, subway/metro, clinics, tourist attractions, you name it, everything is just a walking distance and most of all it is the best place for a first time visitor. Highly recommended!

The only good thing was the free parking and central location. Our room was in the basement. No window, the ventilation was so noisy it had to be turned off. Sorely needs upgrading as damp and worn out. Only one plug socket and that's for the TV. Asked for a room upgrade and the price to upgrade exceeded the room rate. No housekeeping but did manage to get fresh towels. No sound proofing and extremely noisy after 11pm until well after midnight. We checked out the day before and the reception staff did not ask why. Presume we are only one of many who do this. I have taken photos to back up my review but unable to download!

I like nothing in this hotel they do not turn the air system on everywhere smells very bad dirty rooms and very noisy. I ordered food they brought me food with no fork no spon nothing when i said i pay the food when i chick out he said no muss pay it now. that is the worst hotel i have ever seen.

What I liked best is how I was treated. The staff is highly friendly and ready to assist. They helped me a lot even after I checked out. For a reasonable price you get a tidy room in a good location. A nice tasty breakfast is a pleasant bonus.

I enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was good. Hot wqter and heat system were great. Staff were very friendly. Overall, it was very good.

Amazing staff, very friendly, cooperative and helpful. Great location, easy access to city center. Hotel is very close to Ankara's Kocatepe Masjid. Very good breakfast. All in all lovely experience at the hotel.

We were so happy we chose this place! They opened recently and treat their guests with attention and respect. The hotel is located on a quiet street near the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fresh. Great place for a quick stay in Ankara.

We saw this property on this site and it only had 1 review of 2 from 10 . We liked what we saw in the hotel pictures and booked it for one night . On arrival i was very impressed by the reception and lounge area . There was a good working lift to our floor. The room was big and clean , the shower room and toilet were modern and clean , I was impressed. The sockets in the wall were plentiful but they were not fixed properly BUT they were safe, I slept very well and warm . The breakfast was ample and varied . AMAZING .
