The room stinks with some strange and very strong smell. Staff is not helpful at all. It’s a newer facility. If you hoping to use kitchen there are hardly any plates or cookware.

The front desk closed at 6PM.
I checked in at 5:30pm, after finishing dinner outside, I back to the room, noticed that there was no soap and shampoo.
Front desk was closed and there were no one on duty. Only a small note on the paper said can call 555.
I called 555 told the woman on the phone that I need soap and shampoo, she was half sleep and told me I should wait until next morning 10am. Or I can wait at the front desk to see if anyone show up.
This is ridiculous and not acceptalbe.
At 9:30 pm, I have to drive to find a grocery buy shampoo for my first night stay.
And the the next morning no wifi and some of the power supply in the room did not work.
The next 2 days, wifi is not statable and this is the awful feel stay in the hotel. TERRIBLE.

Hotel was clean. Quite much noise from other rooms. I-75 is next to it so it's not a quiet place, lots of noise from traffic. Power outage on the morning of last day was a bit of inconvenience. Had to go to Starbucks to charge my phone and to use internet.

Noisy, dogs barking, neighbor pounding on floor or wall all night, elevators wreaked of pot, family with 2 kids sleeping in parking lot both nights we were there. We felt very uncomfortable coming in at night.

Our flight was delay so we have to do after hours check in. The person in charged at the front desk didn’t even greet us even though my husband and I apologized for the lateness. She didn’t even open the window completely to look at our faces. We even know her name or look at her face. She didn’t say a word. When she gave me the keys for the room, she didn’t give us directions on how to get to the room or any information about the facilities of the hotel. Not welcoming at all.
Also the person in the front desk at check out not welcoming at all. I think some improvement on that area would be beneficial for the hotel.

Rude staff. Extremely poor customer service when checking in. This hotel has a very unclear (not stated) policy for their definition of an 'adult' (which apparently is 21 but not found documented anywhere in the reservation process). We made a reservation and paid in full for 4 nights for my 19-year-old adult daughter. When checking in she was denied check in with very rude front desk staff. The hotel also refused to give us a refund for the stay that we were unable to use. This is extremely poor customer service. I am extremely disappointed and will never stay at this or any other 'choice hotels' property in the future. Shame on you for not taking care of your customers! I will be sharing this story with everyone I know.

Unfortunately this was the most terrible experience I’ve had with any hotel. I booked this room at least 2 months in advance. They even took out a “guarantee booking” deposit the day before check in. I didn’t know about it because on the 3rd party site it did not mention it so I called Woodsprings and spoke to a lady. She told me their website mentions it. I was okay with that knowing it at least secured my booking. Here’s the terrible part. We arrive at our destination after an 11 hour trip. I go check in at 3pm just for the front desk to tell me they cancel my booking! They said they called me twice (which they did) but it was literally at 10:45am. I had no idea because I didn’t have much service being we are literally on the road. The reason I was given is because they had to “extend some company’s contract and that there was a tournament in town.” I’m livid at this point because first of all you call me the day of check in while I’m on the road and cancel my booking. The manager was rude because yes I was expressing my frustration but who wouldn’t? I’m pregnant with 2 small children with no place to stay. Her solution was to have us get into a room with 1 queen size bed. How are we supposed to fit in one bed really? After I went off the manager pretty much told me to leave and she wouldn’t help any further which is fine because I wouldn’t stay there anyway. Sad part is we had a great experience at the same hotel just a few years earlier. Will never go back again!!

Hotel was quiet,clean and comfortable but had inconvenience issues. I tried to check in at 4:15 PM. I was told I had to wait because it was shift change and the employees were making room changes on the computer. I waited nearly 30 minutes until another irritated guest spoke her mind. After I finally checked in, I was anxious to shower. But there where no towels or wash cloths. But after these issues, I enjoyed my stay and the rooms were very clean and comfortable with working appliances.

I will be a returning customer. I fell on hard times and was looking for a job online.Then by the grace of god, hampton inn posted a job on indeed and not even three seconds later, i applied and next day maybe two, they called me in for a interview. Now im hired in so thank you for the awesome services that has been provided, my stay with my children was amazing and I definitely felt safe inside and outside the property

The floors were dirty and sticky in our room. On top of this we arrived late (around 1 am) and it took someone 30 minutes to come down and check us in even though we had called ahead of time to let them know this was when we were coming. They do not receive anymore check ins after 2 am and some of the people living there looked homeless. Not the best experience.

Very clean. Love the laundry facility right up the hallway. You could live in this building; the room had a fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, and microwave along with all the other “normal” amenities in a room like the TV and storage. This is now my go-to place for whenever the power goes out.

This property has potential to be nice but it seems as though it’s for people that lives there long term. My room had a scent, covers were stained, and bath tub/shower was dirty. Floors were also dusty. Great air conditioning, won’t book again though.

Very reasonable, but as always, my biggest recommendation is buyer beware just know what you’re getting into. There’s no front desk service after 6 PM on Saturday or Sunday night which is ridiculous. After hr. Phone after 10pm # was not available when we tried

I showed up to my hotel reservation and the front desk informed me they called multiple times to let me know that they didn’t have any rooms to accommodate my party. I told them I hadn’t received a single call or voicemail and when they told me the number they were dialing it didn’t even have the same area code let alone the right number. It was 1:30am when I was checking in after a long day of travel and to be turned away after booking this in advance forced us to sleep in our car. Very disappointed with the experience.

I booked and paid for the room through Expedia. My flight was delayed twice, so i arrived early the next morning. When i checked in i was told i had to pay for the room again? Very aggravating. Regardless of when i arrived, the room was already paid for... Expedia did refund a lower amount than i paid the second time around. It took 2 days after i arrived to get a refund approved.
