Enjoyed the hotel. Didn’t like the bed not being made and trash removed and cups replaced daily. Understand why but I just didn’t like it.

As usual, everything was up to the usual Hampton Inn standards. Quick check in. Clean room. Etc
Until we went to breakfast. Apparently at this hotel, 10am means 930am, as that's when we got to the breakfast area, only to find no food available other than a couple pieces of fruit and some muffins. They had completely cleaned out the rest of the breakfast items (including the ability to make waffles) a full 30 minutes early. Very very disappointing, as we needed to find breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel served its purpose. We needed to be there for one night to attend a funeral. The location was perfect. The building needs some upkeep but the place was pretty clean. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good.

Everything was great but toilet in room was very small. My parents are elderly and had hard time getting up and down. It was not a standard height toilet but otherwise the facility, pool, breakfast, and staff were all great! Will stay again but pls put in standard toilets.

A few of the pillows had a urine smell.
The bathroom door did not shut, it wasn’t in line with the door jam. A few crusty stains on the carpet. Hall ways had an odd smell. The elevators were not the cleanest.

Room was clean. Needed some dusting on the big mirror. Some of the plugs didn't work on the bedside...but besides that the place was great. I would definitely book again

Didnt like that there are no vents in the bathroom and it had very bright lights.
But the beds very very comfortable, the room has plenty of space and the hotel is clean.

Miscommunication with late check out… first when I called they said they could do 3pm… then when we came to check in thwy said 1pm…
then they said 11:30 is the latest…. would have been a better experience with a later check out

It was a quiet and refreshing change in comparison to my first booking. Only hiccup was I requested a king size room and was given a room that was available but not cleaned, so they immediately switched me to a room with a queen bed. While it was not what i requested, it was late and there was nothing else available so I accepted it. My last day wasn't so great. There was no water to shower due to them shutting off the boiler. The guests were not notified, we had a flight to catch, had to run to family's house to shower...missed our flight.. and got home a day later.

Both elevators were down during our whole stay. The Television did not work during the whole stay. Out of shampoo. I had to go get it. The hospitality was good and the breakfast was good. The common area and rooms were clean.

Our stay was great! Check-in was easy. The room was clean with plenty of soap, towels, etc. We had a coffee maker and refrigerator, t. .v. The beds were firm and felt great. Stayed one night. I would stay again.
