Great experience and very cool room! The hotel had a shuttle and the driver, Nick, was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying here!

Overall hotel was nice. Our bathroom had some recent-looking water damage to the ceiling that was not repaired- a big bubble of paint hanging from the ceiling.

It was a great stay

I came to town with my sister and my 11 year daughter and her friend for a concert at CHI. I cannot say enough good things about this place! From Brittany at the front desk to Jim, Elijah and Nick driving the shuttle to Stephen at the bar …. They were all exceptionally kind, accommodating and fun! I am trying to find a reason to bring my husband over so we can try out the speakeasy next time … and just the enjoy the place. Thank you for the excellent staffing at this beautiful establishment!

Great room and friendly staff

The hotel is really nice. My only complaint is you can’t control the temperature in your room past 68 degrees. My boyfriend and I like to sleep really cold and when I called the front desk they said most rooms don’t even go below 72. While the temperature in our room said 68, it had to be much warmer than that, as when we were just sitting in the room it was stuffy.

This hotel is beautiful !! Very clean and comfortable as well. We enjoyed the Speak Easy inside too. I wish we could have spent more time there. We’ll be back!

Friendly atmosphere, and the staff was amazing.

Great hotel, plenty of parking, staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable except for the pillows. No other complaints and I would stay here again.

We have stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Omaha several times and enjoyed each of our stays. However, this time was our best stay yet thanks to Brettany. We had a small issue with our room and Brettany went above and beyond to make sure the issue was rectified. She was so busy assisting a number of guests for a wedding, but still took the time to make sure we were taken care of during our stay. Her kindness was so appreciated. I’d also like to say Nick was an excellent driver. We appreciate his prompt and professional service.

Very nice host- Brettany. She was so sweet and so was the rest of the staff. Quick and easy check in. We had a serious family emergency the next day and had to check out and she was incredible. Thank you!

We were happy except that we didn't get our room cleaned. We had our two cavaliers with us but explained that housekeeping could still come into our room. We stayed in room 303 & you could tell it was a pet room because it really smelled. We were hoping to have it cleaned, but understand if housekeeping did t like cleaning pet rooms.

Room was amazing, but they control the room temperature and it got a little hot at night.

The room was clean and well-appointed. Only issue we had were the noisy drag races about a block from the hotel; but they were over by about 9:30pm.

We loved the aesthetic of the hotel and our room. We liked that it was located in a quiet part of town.

We had a quick stay, neat building and room. Bar tender was really nice!

GORGEOUS hotel. No free parking though, had to pay to street park and lug our stuff around the block uphill.

Amazing hotel and staff. The free shuttle (it's actually a brand new luxury SUV) will take you anywhere in a three mile radius. Highly recommend staying here.

The employees went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. They were so friendly and always spoke with us whenever we saw anyone. The rooms were clean and well decorated. Convenient parking, reasonable prices. Not far from the Old Market area where there are many restaurant choices. We will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed a very pleasant two night stay. The hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. Great hotel vibe and the secret speakeasy was an extra touch!

Super cool room, great location, walked to restaurants for dinner. Very comfortable sleep, great bathroom, awesome style!

Nice rooms with a great 1920s art deco appeal

I am so Disappointed with this hotel. Decor is very nice but there were little black jumping bugs in the bed and what looked liked mascara smears on the sheets!! Second room they gave me the floor had trash and the room had an odor! I immediately went down to guest services and gave back their keys and because it was after midnight I couldn’t get another hotel so I had to sleep in my car!! People don’t just hop in these beds because the room decor is nice!! Pull back the blanket and inspect the sheet!! Possibly made the bed up but didn’t change the sheets!! Disgusting!!! I am requesting a Full Refund!!!

It’s a trendy hotel, well maintained and clean. The standard rooms are huge. The showers are big and they offer extra towels and amenities. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The rooms already have extra blankets in the closets so no need to ask, if you like extra blankets. The shuttle service works well but I would recommend letting them know ahead of time. They didn’t have room service but it was easy and convenient to order takeout and have it delivered to the hotel. They have a mini snack and amenities area which includes a selection of items that you may have forgotten for travel. There are 2 lobbies one by the entrance and the other by the bar. Also, there is a little speakeasy open in the evening. The rooms have a nice view of the downtown cityscape and parking is convenient.

The staff was incredible and very attentive and receptive to my dog that I brought with me. The actual hotel property was very nice and felt modern and high-end. Has a fitness center that I didn’t use, but was available. It was a 15 minute walk to Old Market, but the hotel also offered a free shuttle service, which was a good option if the weather wasn’t nice.
