Great hotel, very convenient for Sawgrass shopping

The hotel is excellent, but one thing ruined our entire experience. I had something stolen: a pair of sunglasses that were kept inside my bag, inside my suitcase. There is no way I could have lost the sunglasses because I didn't use them on the trip because they were expensive Channel brand sunglasses that my husband had recently given me. Up until then, I had only been to the beach and the mall, so I avoided using them. The recommendation to use the safe doesn't make sense unless it was a wardrobe with a key, after all, no one expects anyone to mess with their suitcase. The incident was reported to the manager only as a warning, because I knew all the answers that would be given and I would have no way of proving anything. The manager was helpful, extremely polite and offered to call the police. That was never my intention, my glasses were lost, the intention was just an attempt to prevent it from happening again. That is the same intention of this review. fato arruinou td nossa experiência. um óculos escuros que estavam guardados dentro da minha bolsa, dentro da minha mala foi ROUBADO. não tem como eu ter perdido porque não tinha utilizado na viagem até então . não faz sentido a orientação de usar o cofre a não ser que fosse um armario com com chave, afinal, ninguém espera que mexam na sua mala. o fato foi reportado ao gerente apenas como um aviso, pois eu sabia de tds as respostas que seriam dadas e eu não teria como provar nada. o gerente foi solicito.

It was okay for a last minute stay over

I love the location

I booked 2 rooms for 1 night for my family and I. Check in was easy. The room was clean. Only complaint about the room was the sheets were not in great shape. My bedsheet had holes in it from wear and tear. However it was clean. Breakfast was not included so we opted to across to the mall for a late breakfast. I loved that the hotel was practically on the same compound as the mall. It was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
