Always a great stay when I stay here.

The lobys look great, the room dark not enough light. need to iinnstall can lights in celling.
TV the worst tryed to watch a football game, tv kept staling freese picture got know off screen. had to turn off and start again. Restruant brekfast1/2 hour for food, one other group in there. Our expection of Hilton a lot higher then this hotel provides

The hotel was very nice. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed to be happy that they were working there. Not always the case these days. Rooms were very clean. It is located in a very nice area with plenty of shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. There is a beautiful riverwalk a block away. The rooftop bar has a beautiful view in the evening. Definitely a must.
Overall a great weekend. We will be back!

There is a covered parking garage next to the hotel. Check in and check out were very simple. The restaurant on the 1st floor is open for breakfast and lunch and is very affordable and quite good. The room was nice and the bathroom was brightly lit. On the negative side the room smelled stale and there were no towel bars in the bathroom.

The breakfast/lunch restaurant had poor food quality. The coffee was weak and flavorless
However the dinner restaurant was excellent with good variety. Service was wonderful. The AC units in our suite were malfunctioning making it colder than the setting on the thermostat. Had to ask a second time to get it fixed. Single ply toilet paper, no exhaust in the bathroom and windows don’t open

This was my favorite hotel that I have stayed at this year. And that says a lot because I travel every two to six weeks. I loved it because the staff was friendly, the restaurant and bar within the hotel were great, and it was easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, they had a great gym which is important to me, as I like to exercise when traveling. I have clients in Elkhart and when visiting next time, intend to stay here again.

Very nice updated hotel. I am a hotel snob with cleanliness and it was very clean. Staff were friendly. The only downside would be the rooftop bar being closed.

Our stay over the weekend was enjoyable. We appreciated having dining options in the building due to the fact on Saturday it rained all day. The food at the corner bar and relish restaurant was very delicious. And if we are ever in the area again this place would be our first choice.

Very updated and the restaurants/bar in the hotel were nice. Rooftop bar in very very tiny. Only a small section of the top floor.There were also lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Several nice clothing stored and boutiques as well.
TV in room was not receiving a consistent signal and kept cutting out. Many times either had no picture nor sound. Maintenance came but it didn't help.
One of the mattress's needed replaced. Very lumpy and sunken down except for the middle. Other bed was fine. Stayed in a 2 queen/handicap accessible room. Very large and lots of room to get around. Mini fridge and coffee maker. No microwave.

We were celebrating our anniversary and were suprised in our room with champagne and towel swans and rose petals! The bed and pillows were so comfortable! Also enjoyed the couch in front of the bed for watching TV.

Parking is free if you park on the upper level of the garage. Parking is $15 on the lower level. FYI
I do recommend this property.

This is a nice, quiet hotel in downtown Elkhart just 1 block from the Lerner Theater. There is a cafe on the first floor, and a bar/grill around the corner from the front desk.
NOTE TO EXPEDIA: YOU NEED TO TELL TRAVELERS THAT THERE IS A $15 CHARGE FOR DAILY PARKING!

Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent location. It was our second time staying at this hotel, visits being one year apart, and Stephanie at the front desk remembered us a year later! We felt very welcomed.

It's wonderful to see an historic, iconic hotel well-restored with all the amenities, being used. My wife and I had a wonderful evening, and the cafe/coffeeshop was an excellent spot for a delicious breakfast. The only complaint was there was a slight "pee" smell around the toilet, meaning it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned by housekeeping, and yet, the rest of our room and the hotel in general was in fine condition. Staff couldn't have been friendlier.
