I paid for a room with a city view and instead I saw nothing, just into an another building. Half the bed was snuck in.
Otherwise the hotel was very nice and clean!

We visited Phoenix to celebrate our anniversary and attend an event that was going on in downtown, this hotel was a part of that event and an excellent location for walking around the area. Unfortunately, despite the hotels many highlights, the staff was absolutely not one of them and consistently left us baffled at their lack of professionalism and general attitude. Upon checking in we were not acknowledged until we made a point to gain their attention and there were other staff gossiping amongst themselves as we checked in with one of the staff. After we got our room (which was a great room) we came back downstairs to get a drink at the bar as part of starting the event we were attending and the staff again made us feel like we were inconveniencing them using their facility. We left the hotel to continue on in the event and found getting around town on foot to be very walkable and with a lot to offer for entertainment. At the end of the day when we arrived back at the hotel, we tried to get a nightcap to cheers our anniversary only to find the restaurant bar staff (different people than earlier) again sharply dismiss us saying the “kitchen was closing in 30 min” with an unprompted attitude then realizing we were only there for a glass of wine. We got the two glasses and headed to the room. While I would say this location and its condition were of high quality, the manner we were treated by staff completely soured the whole experience. Service makes a difference!

We couldn’t stay the night, there was no parking anywhere downtown, and pick up trucks do not fit in the valet parking. So we had to buy booted room.

One night stay for an event. Everything was OK. Their on site restaurant and bar is good and convenient. Rooms are kinda small for my taste, but its not the most expensive room in downtown PHX.

Very happy with our stay.The front desk staff are very helpful, courteous and friendly.We stayed here before and will probably stay here on our next trip to Phoenix.The location is very good us too,easy for the metro to and from the airport and an easy walk to Chase Field.

Nice hotel w/comfortable beds. Lots of construction going on around the hotel which made it very noisy & often difficult to park/valet.

The stay was for a concert, nearby. The hotel was convenient, for it was easily a 8 minute walk to the venue.
The room was nice and very clean. The beds were nice and firm. The room has an adjustable thermostat, so you can adjust for temperature.
The elevators were fast and quick, and near the front desk.
The free continental breakfast is a major bonus to start your day.
And, as always the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
The only downside, I thought, was the valet parking. For there is no free parking around or near the hotel.
All in all, everything was great. This was the second time I've stayed @ this location. I recommend this place to anyone.

Stay was nice, staff super friendly, there was a lot of construction going on during my stay so that was a little bit of a down side and limited parking made for an uncomfortable walk to and from my vehicle when I need to use my vehicle. Other than that my stay was wonderful.

One was unaware of construction taking place at the time and was not informed upon checking in and given a "City View" room to stay. Should had been never been given to anyone or at least make one aware of construction and as well it will be starting at 7 am at your bedroom window. No Rest, No Sleep.

This day was absolutely horrible. The hotel was under construction, and our suite had absolutely no view because all of our windows were taped with plastic that you could see through and it was super claustrophobic . Additionally, Hotels.com says there is a pool, but there is not one on site.
The supposed manager Stephanie, said they did not have any other suites that weren’t in the construction zone. THEN construction started at 7am on the dot.
We asked if we could have 2 separate rooms but they would not accommodate us without wanting to charge us more. We truly were SCREWED OVER! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HELL HOLE.

It started off really great. But check out was at 11am. Got woke up with construction at around 8:20ish. No biggie it happens, but as we are getting up and ready 8:30ish we hear repeated knocking at our door, we open it and it’s housekeeping, opened the door she said check out? So fast forward go downstairs to check out I ask the front desk what time is check out? Blank stare says 11, I said oh? Is it normal for housekeeping to knock on your door 8:30ish to ask if we are checking out? Blank stare no expression just staring at the computer…. I looked and said no? Yes? Ok & walked away. The no response or apology or anything was rude and ending the stay that way was not ok.

The stay was very good except for my side of the king-size bed was too close to the wall and window.It was very awkward when I had to get up during the night.

The room was great very clean and comfortable. The parking situation was awful, the website does not say that if you want to park you have to pay 32 dollars just to park a whole block away. Not to mention that the 2 & 40 parking the hotel makes you park at is cheaper than what the hotel charges for parking. The parking garage was 25 and the hotel charged me 32. They’re breakfast is also terrible, pretty sure their eggs are made of powder.
