Came for 1 night and stayed for 2. Marty was so wonderful at Check-in. We enjoyed our corner room. Clean, quiet, and everything worked.
They are doing construction and we didn't hear anything! Amazing considering they are tearing down the building attached to our corner of the hotel.

It was the cheapest place to stay in Billings, but it was more convenient and clean than most places in the area! I will stay here again.

Undergoing a renovation, our room hasn't been done yet. Lots of mold in the tub caulking. Breakfast was just continental. Staff was nice. Hopefully they finish soon. Would check it out after they are done

We opted to spend more than usual, and this place is awesome... Great staff, great room, really comfy and generally clean... BUT... 2 outlet covers were missing in our room, there was an ugly stain on carpet by fridge. Room cleaners need to inform staff to shampoo carpet. I'd post pix, but the "attach" never works. I'll try attach a Google cloud link. And despite enjoying our stay & good value, the driveway needs a serious sweeping! All easily addressed, if management cared to pay attention

Under heavy renovation, homeless living in rear parking lot, staff not very friendly, breakfast was dismal at best for the room rate. No soaps/shampoos in room, needed to be vaccumed, sheet was stained, room smelled heavily of smoke as if someone just stayed in it that day and smoked, shower was very slow to drain so you are standing in your own waste water. Very dated hotel, no modern amenities. Comparable to a roadway inn or motel 6.

it was okay, its a place to sleep. I think the place was under construction while I was there, but they weren't very clear on that. The elevator was dodgy, I was coming down the elevator and once I got to the main floor, they were all surprised that the elevator worked. It was a little bit unsettling to hear them. I would say the price is a bit high for what you get, not a lot of amenities with the place and there's a sex shop in the parking lot.

Love staying here. Have stayed since I was a kid. After a good remodel this hotel will continue to be the best stay in Billings. Big city feel in a small city.

Hotel was in top notch condition for cleanliness and staff was friendly. Sheila was exceptionally kind and considerate. Such a joy to visit with. Enjoyed my stay and will return again.

Comfortable enough and quiet enough. One bed was comfy, one sank a bit it the middle. You had to hold down the toilet handle to flush it.

The room was clean and well appointed; liked the suite concept, very comfortable. They had lots of high school football team members everywhere. Hard to get down due to elevator use.

Was a pretty nice spacious room. Few spots on carpet but was ok. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast wasn’t a lot but was ok.

We stayed one night as we were just passing through. Great location for the interstate and our onward journey. Good size room, decent breakfast and a lift to help with luggage. Convenient for us and ideal for what we needed.

Wondering what you can do since it was hot day and the a/c did not work in living area! We called for someone to fix and they could not, but did not give us another room, just a fan!! Property said they can do nothing since we booked through you!!

Staff was great but there is a musty odor upon entering the building. Looked like an out of service indoor water fountain.

There was moldy caulk around the tub and construction all around the parking lot. Room was very large and overall a nice room and hotel. Would stay there again.
