The hotel has been recently redone and it is the best value on the island in my opinion. The rooms are nice and big, beds are comfortable. The staff was super nice and they have a free shuttle that will take you to Caymana Bay at any time so super convenient. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle. Then they have a restaurant by the pool that is open at night called Ms. Pipers and the bartenders are AWESOME, the food was fantastic! It's an older propertly, but it was perfect for me on a business trip to the island. I met several other business people there and it was a third of the price of all the other hotels.

Friendly staff, very clean, and convenient to shops and along Seven Mile Beach. Breakfast was excellent: eggs, bacon, sausage, plantains, waffles, plus bagels, cereal, or toast as options. I also loved the pool/outdoor lounge area.
The only con was the lack of much usable beach. There was only a small area, and the terrain was a bit rocky. However, there were several public beaches to choose from within a short driving distance.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I’d stay there again.

The property and staff are excellent. Sad that the beach has not yet been replenished and the entrance road really needs to be repaired (the one owned by the city). The restaurant and pool area are outstanding but I really wish that the shuttle would run to and from the airport, particularly as rental car agencies close early

Decent for the price. No beach really. They have GoPros, shuttle, beach chairs, & bikes to use for free, which was really great. Would stay here again on a budget.

Our 2 bedroom suite was very comfortable for a family of five. The staff is super helpful and polite! The breakfast buffet was delicious. And the onsite restaurant is incredible!

Nice property. Comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. delicious breakfast with excellent quality food. Hotel is very close to ocean, but there is only a tiny sandy area. Definitely not a beachfront hotel. The highlight of this location is their staff, especially Jaime at the front desk. He was extremely helpful throughout our entire trip and provided excellent concierge services for my family and me. Thanks Jaime!

The hotel decor was lovely and had quite a bohemian vibe to it. Loved it! And the pool area was so cozy. Great location to everything in the area. Will be back again for sure!

What I liked:
The hotel is located in a location convenient for my purposes. The staff was friendly, the facilities clean. Free parking.
What I did not like:
1. My room was noisy: the A/C unit and the mini fridge together conspired to ensure that the room was a little noisier than I would have liked.
2. I was in a wheelchair accessible room (no, I did not request it) and it was frustrating post shower to have a wet bathroom floor. I mean the entire bathroom floor: toilet and face sink area was soaked. For guests allocated to a wheel chair accessible room, please provide extra floor towels to mop up the water that will inevitable end up on the floor after taking a bath.
3. The difficulty in obtaining a receipt after my stay. I checked out the hotel on Saturday June 22nd and to date, I am still awaiting the receipt the persons at the front desk assured me they would email to me. Yes, I have emailed/contacted them to remind them; so far nothing.

Check in did not go well as they had given my room to someone else and took a while for them to sort the issue out and find me another room at the same rate. Getting transportation to anywhere from this hotel is terrible. That evening we missed dinner with friends because they never called a taxi and we spent time waiting on it and then they told us their shuttle would take us and this was also denied once shuttle finally showed up. We ended up walking. The hotel is clean but service is lacking and caused us several inconveniences. Not what I expect from a Hilton property.

The Hampton was a great value for the money. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast and breakfast staff were outstanding! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It’s a nice clean place. Close to lots of options to shop, eat and snorkel. The sand in front is slowing washing away, so there is a really small beach. We have stayed here before and it’s great for a small family.

The front office put in several orders for both problems but the problems never were fixed.

Hampton charged me a $45 resort fee and would not listen even when I had a receipt from Travelocity for this charge. I had a receipt and I as a customer was automatically wrong even when I showed a receipt. It was very clear.

This location was great for our family of 5 we had a 2 bedroom suite with a pullout bed. Pool was small but our kiddos were more interested in the beach. The beach on location was a small area with about 6 chairs so unless you arrived early it was unlikely you would have a spot. The restaurant was amazing, service was absolutely great. We did learn about their sister location on the actual 7 mile beach which was amazing we spent out last 2 days out there. 10/10 I would stay there again.

This property was perfect for our 3 nights in Grand Cayman. The room was basic but functional and clean. Stella at the front desk was phenomenal!! She was friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Thanks Stella!
